Unsere gastronomische Tour beginnt im Apple Store (Puerta del Sol) um 19:00 Uhr. Ich werde Sie in Madrid begrüßen und Ihnen ein wenig erklären, was wir während der Tour machen werden.
Nachdem wir Sie an der Puerta del Sol begrüßt haben, fahren wir ins Viertel Autrias, wo wir (je nach Tag) bei unseren ersten gastronomischen Stopps anhalten. Sie werden die gleichen Lokale erleben, zu denen die Einheimischen gehen und traditionelle Tapas wie Knoblauchgarnelen, Tomatenscheiben, gebratene Chorizo oder Bravas, Pilze suchen (Dies ist nur ein Beispiel für die Tapas, die wir an diesem Nachmittag probieren könnten.)
Nachdem wir Tapas wie authentische Einheimische genossen haben, kehren wir wieder zur Puerta del Sol zurück. Hier werde ich diesen schönen Platz beschreiben, ich werde Ihnen seine Geschichte und einige Symbole erzählen, die darin enthalten sind.
Während unserer gastronomischen Tour werden wir berühmte Orte in der Stadt besuchen, wie die Calle Mayor oder die Plaza Mayor. Hier werde ich Ihnen einen kurzen Überblick über die Geschichte der Plaza geben, der wichtigsten Plaza in Madrid.
Nach dem Besuch der Plaza Mayor betreten wir das mittelalterliche Madrid. In diesem Bereich halten wir an einer klassischen Tapas-Bar in Madrid.
Nachdem wir unsere 3. Tapas-Bar beendet haben und auf dem Weg zu unserem letzten Halt, dem 4., besuchen wir einen der schönsten Plätze Madrids. Die Plaza de la Villa, hier gebe ich Ihnen eine kurze und interessante Zusammenfassung des Platzes. Wir werden auch am ältesten Restaurant der Welt vorbeikommen. Hier erzähle ich Ihnen eine kurze Geschichte des Restaurants.
Und zum Abschluss unserer gastronomischen Tour besuchen wir eine der besten Churrerias in Madrid, um unsere Churros mit Schokolade zu probieren. Dies wird unsere 4. und letzte Station sein. Wir enden in der Calle Arenal, 5 Gehminuten von der Puerta del Sol entfernt, wo wir unsere Tour begonnen haben.

My family and I booked this tapas tour on a rainy Monday afternoon in Madrid, and Carmen made it a wonderful evening, enjoying the tapas and churros with chocolate. Carmen gave us lots of information about the city and its history. We were very happy with the tour. I recommend it if you want a mix of gastronomy and the city's history.
Do it your first night We did the Tavern, Tapas, and History tour. Carmen was our guide. She was great. It was an amazing way to see the city and to get the history and culture of Madrid. We enjoyed all four stops. We had a great group of people on our tour. We learned a lot. There is plenty of food and you won't leave hungry. I would recommend doing this your first night in Madrid if possible. It's well worth it.
Food, History, and Wine Carmen, our guide, was the perfect combination of knowledge, friendliness, and an exceptional host. Proud of her city, its history, and its cuisine, she made dining with the best host. The food was plentiful and delicious. You'll walk around a bit between sites and learn a lot.

Hands down the best tour we've done in a very long time. Carmen was engaging, knowledgeable and fun. It was so relaxing having a local person order the specialoties; food and wine delicious! Recommended without reservation.

I can't say enough about this tour with Carmen! It was the best way to start our trip to Madrid! We had a wonderful time learning about the city and its cuisine. We visited various places where we tried some typical Spanish dishes such as garlic prawns, patatas bravas, mushrooms, and of course, churros with chocolate. It's worth booking while you're in Madrid!

It was a very fun tour, and Carmen made the whole experience very enjoyable. She took us to great places you wouldn't normally find on your own. And she knew most of the city inside out. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid, but book it early in your trip. The guide, besides taking you to the restaurants you'll be going to that night, will give you more information about other bars to go to after the tour. I highly recommend it.
We took a wonderful tour with Carmen. My family enjoyed delicious tapas and drinks, and we learned a lot of history. We ended our tour by trying a Spanish classic: hot chocolate with churros. We would definitely do it again!
