Unser Ziel ist es, dass Sie die Möglichkeit haben, Einheimische zu sein, während Sie die lokale Küche probieren. Deshalb laden wir Sie ein, mit uns durch die Straßen dieses symbolträchtigen Viertels zu spazieren. Auf diese Weise können Sie unsere Kultur, ihre Bräuche und Sprichwörter kennenlernen und den wahren Zauber des Lebens in dieser großartigen Stadt erleben. Zu Beginn der Tour werden wir ein wenig über die Geschichte Madrids sprechen, was das Madrid der Österreicher ist und wie die Geschichte das lokale Essen beeinflusst hat. Unser Ziel ist es, dass sie ein authentisches Madrid, ein lokales Madrid, kennenlernen.
Das Viertel „La Latina“, ein traditionelles Viertel, beherbergt heute viele Touristen, aber wenn Sie wissen, wie man sucht, können Sie die besten Orte finden. Traditionelle Tavernen, in denen Sie die typischsten Tapas dieser Stadt probieren können. Wir werden an verschiedenen Orten Halt machen, um die lokale Küche zu probieren.
Der „Mercado de San Miguel“ ist heute der berühmteste Markt in Madrid. Sein Besuch ist ein Muss, wenn Sie zum ersten Mal in dieser Stadt sind. Und wenn Sie es bereits kennen, kann ein erneuter Besuch nie schaden.
Auf unserer Tour machen wir einen Halt an der Plaza Mayor. Der symbolträchtigste Platz Madrids. Hier werden wir ein wenig über die Bedeutung dieses Platzes für die Stadt und ihre Geschichte sprechen.
Unser letztes Restaurant befindet sich in der Embroiderers Street, ganz in der Nähe der Plaza Mayor. Dort werden wir die neuesten Tapas probieren, die wir für diese Tour ausgewählt haben, und bei der Abreise beenden wir die Tour.

Our guide Maya did an amazing job. The first stop on the trip The family restaurant Casa Paco was not a good experience, the staff did not greet and it seemed almost as if they had forgotten we came, we were served red wine in wet glasses that were not washed off properly. The other 3 stops on the trip were ok

This was a super fun food tour. Our guide, Maya, was very knowledgeable about the food we tasted and how it is prepared. She knew about the history of the area and the buildings. There were 3 different food and wine stops and each was very different, but very good. We enjoyed the walk through some neighborhoods we had not been before. The tapas all were so good, as well as the wines. We were able to taste the Spanish vermut, which was very different for us. A super nice evening with good food and a very good guide.

This was hands down one of the best experiences I had in Madrid. The food was absolutely incredible, and Maia’s passion for Spanish cuisine made it even more enjoyable. We visited local spots I would’ve never found on my own, and the service throughout the tour was top-notch — attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
