Ihr Fahrer und Weinführer führt Sie zu den besten Weinerlebnissen an einer Vielzahl von Tamar Valley Kellertüren. Wir beinhalten Mittagessen mit Wein. Unsere Weintouren sind komplett inklusive und wurden wiederholt mit ausgezeichneten Bewertungen auf TripAdvisor ausgezeichnet. Wir steigern den Genuss der Weinprobe, indem wir die Geschichte der Region, ihrer Weinberge und Winzer erzählen. Unsere Gruppengröße beträgt in der Regel 8 Gäste oder weniger mit Alleinreisenden und Gruppen willkommen. Alle Gäste müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein.

Terry was an excellent guide and driver. We enjoyed our visits to four cellar doors and enjoyed the wines which were pleasant variations on the fare we are used to at home.

I had a very enjoyable day, helped by glorious sunshine! There aren't many day trips from Launceston which don't go a long way away and this fit the brief very well. Terry drove us well - we were 10 people; apart from introductory remarks at each winery he left the bulk of the talk to the wineries. A nice selection of wineries with several grape varieties to those that concentrated on the Big 2. We had a very nice platter lunch at the second winery. It was unrushed and very enjoyable.

Really fun and enjoyable experience highly recommend you don't need to be whine enthusiast to have a really great time our host Terry was a wonderful tour guide and the people we were on the tour with were fun and friendly not to mention the really beautiful settings that we got to see and the knowledgeable hosts at each vineyard we visited. It was certainly a five-star experience.

Biggest regret is not buying at Velo as fomo got the best. Please, please buy the Gris from Velo, there were non better and I was stupid! Don’t make my mistake

I had an absolutely amazing time on this tour. Terry was an excellent driver and he gave us a lot of valuable information about Launceston and things to do while in the city. All of the wineries had incredible wines and the guides at each venue were all very knowledgeable and informative. As someone who doesn't know a lot about wine, this was very helpful and I learnt a lot which will be very useful in any future wine purchasing endeavours. I highly recommend this tour if you come to Launceston. It was incredible value for money (it cost me AUD $189 when booked directly on Tamar Valley Wine Tour's website and I got to taste 22 [six at the first place, eight at the second place, five at the third place and three at the final place] wines over four vineyards), learn a lot my taste in wine, see gorgeous scenery between each vineyard and not have to worry about getting back to my hostel because the ticket includes direct pick up from your accommodation.

Gillian has excellent knowledge of the history of not just the Launceston area but the history and current state of the wine industry in the area. The wineries welcomed us with enthusiasm and explained their processes in depth. It's obvious Gillian has a very good rapport with the staff at these wineries. Great value lunch, very happy tour.

Gillian was our guide/ driver for the day, such a warm welcoming lady. We were very lucky to have her all to ourselves. We visited some amazing wineries, had a lunch platter at one of the wineries, so delicious. They can also organise delivery to home when you buy wines. Which is great when you're flying and limited to weight in your luggage.
