Dilor was an excellent tour guide and very fun. Ali was a very attentive driver which reassured me because the roads are not the best. Overall the tour is very good value for money! Highly recommend if you want to visit Tajikistan on a day trip from Samarkand.
I was incredibly lucky to be able to join this tour at the last minute today. I had booked the same tour with another company, but it was cancelled at the last minute. I really wanted to go, so I booked this tour company just 12 hours before departure, and they were able to accommodate me. I can't thank them enough. They even contacted me that evening to explain the tour details. Furthermore, Murat, the driver and English-speaking guide, confirmed the hotel pickup twice that night. Despite being only in his early twenties, his English skills were impeccable, and provided excellent guiding the next day. The price was also cheaper than the previous tour company, and I comfortably completed a satisfying 13-hour journey. Even now, the beautiful lake scenery is still vivid in my mind. If I visit Uzbekistan, definately I will ask tours of this tour company
Recommended for those who are starting to feel a little bored touring the city. At least there is no place in Japan where you can taste so much nature without walking so much. The price is also easy to get, so please try it!
I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wishes to discover Tajikistan. Our guide, Murod, was very helpful and got us lots of information about the local culture. The lakes are absolutely stunning, it was 100% worth it. The driver allowed us to reach the lakes safely in a comfortable vehicle. Everything was well organized, no stress or struggle. Thank you for this day !
It was a super day. We loved the lakes an the lunch!!
The Seven Lakes are absolutely breathtaking, with each lake offering its own unique beauty and unforgettable views. Everything was perfectly organized, from the hotel pickup to the border crossing, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free. The biggest reason this tour was so memorable was our incredible guide, Dilo. She was outstanding, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about her country. Her English is excellent, so communication was always easy, and she explained the history, culture, and local traditions in a very interesting and engaging way. She was always smiling, patient, and happy to answer every question, making everyone feel welcome throughout the trip. You can truly feel how much she enjoys what she does, and that passion made the experience so much more meaningful. I also want to thank our driver, who was incredibly kind, careful, and cooperative. He made us feel safe throughout the journey, and his friendly attitude added to the wonderful experience. The included lunch was delicious, and the fresh, sweet watermelon was the perfect treat during the day. I can’t recommend this tour enough, and I especially hope you get Dilo as your guide. She is truly exceptional and turned an already beautiful trip into an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Dilo, for your kindness, your warmth, and your professionalism. You made this one of the most memorable days of my travels, and I will always remember it. 🌄🇹🇯❤️
This place is extraordinary. The water is in blue color that is spectacular because it's very clear and clean. The mountains are so greenery and vegetation. I wish I like to go there one more time. Our guide Shoruh helped and guided us very well. I recommend him to everyone for you as a guide.
The Seven Lakes trip in Tajikistan is an absolute must-do and can easily be done as a day trip from Samarkand, Uzbekistan. The tour began with a pickup from our hotel in a comfortable 4-seater sedan, which took us to the border near Jizzakh. After completing the immigration process, we met the rest of the group and continued the journey in a spacious and comfortable luxury van. About 30 minutes later, we stopped at the Panjakent Market, where we had the opportunity to observe local life in Tajikistan while our friendly guide, Dodo, collected lunch for the group. From there, we headed toward the famous Seven Lakes, traveling along rugged mountain roads. Although the journey was occasionally bumpy, the breathtaking scenery made every moment worthwhile. Unfortunately, we were only able to visit six of the seven lakes because a recent landslide had blocked access to the seventh lake. Nevertheless, the lakes we visited were stunning, each with its own unique colour and character. A special mention goes to our guide, Dodo, who was incredibly accommodating throughout the trip. One of our fellow travelers wanted to buy a souvenir magnet, and since souvenir shops are quite rare along this route, Dodo went out of his way to find a shop before our return journey. His attentiveness and dedication to ensuring everyone had a great experience truly stood out. Please note that the weather in the mountains can change quickly, so bring a windproof and waterproof jacket is recommended.
I had an amazing day today. After spending two extremely hot days in Bukhara, joining the Tajikistan Seven Lakes tour was a complete game changer. The stunning greenery, mountains, and breathtaking lake views made it an unforgettable experience. Special applause goes to our driver, who skillfully navigated the rough, narrow, and winding mountain roads with great confidence and care. The journey itself was almost as impressive as the destination.
The tour will be remembered for a lifetime thanks to the amazing scenery and caring guides. It says no meals, but thanks to the guide's help, you can find delicious meals (free of charge). I recommend it. The road to Seven Lakes is quite rough, so be prepared for that
