We travelled with my 83 year old father .Our tour guide Asim received us at the train station and made our day very comfortable and modified the pace of the day trip with considerations of having a senior . He was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. We highly recommend this tour company Aiza tours for both tours in New Delhi/ old Delhi , and in Agra . Ali took care of the entire booking , comfort level was excellent, very prompt on pick up times and we left with memorable memories. We look forward to using Aiza travels for their other tours in and out of India as well .

Driver and driver + vehicle were excellent!! The Führer had an incredible knowledge and spoke perfect German.. We will definitely come back.

I want to thank personally Ali' the owner of the tour Operator in AGRA! He came personally to greet us at the restaurant and to make sure all was perfectly planned ! I just have no words to describe the professional way we were treated! Our guide " Fez" was absolutely amazing ! He was able to tell us all about the history of Agra, the Taj Mahal, the Red fort etc.; the driver was top ! The welcome flower's crown... everything they did was unforgettable! Thank you guys ! 😊

From the first communication, Aiza tours was easy to work with. I needed to customize my tour based on my travel plans and Aiza tours was able to make this happen. Even during the tour as I learned about another site I'd like to visit (I highly recommend Fatehpur Sikri!), they were able to make it happen. I had the same driver for the entire trip. He was friendly and a safe driver. For my tour of Agra and surrounding areas, my guide was Shakir Ali. Ali provided the history of the sites and region in an engaging manner as well as pointed out details I would not have noticed on my own. He answered all of my questions and provided suggestions for my stay. He was extremely personable. In addition, he was helpful in making sure I had some nice pictures to remember my visit! For my tour of Delhi, Tushar was my guide. I had less time in Delhi, so Tushar worked with me to make sure I saw the most important sites and sites that I was most interested in. He also provided a great overview of the history and culture and made sure I got a few nice pictures. Thanks again! Firstly the whole experience of booking the trip with them was very smooth. It was through WhatsApp and no extra calls were made which irritate some people. The driver chhotu was very polite and drove smoothly the whole way and even acted as a guide. They provided a complimentary guide as well in the plan . My guides name was rafeeq who was an Excellent guide. Not only did he gave a very good history about Taj Mahal but he arranged a photographer as well and also made sure we weren't bothered by anyone unnecessarily . Also the food is very tasty in the Courtyard marriot and the whole ambience of the place was very good . Taj Mahal was very beautiful and a Dream come true.

I booked this before I came to India as I wanted to make sure I’d definitely get a trip sorted. You could however wait & arguably could do it cheaper...but the hassle free trip is probably worth the money. Pick up from the hotel to the train station was perfect - they even take your photo to send to the guide the other end so they know exactly who you are - quite genius! The trip to the Taj was perfect. It was fantastic to have a guide & not just wander aimlessly. Sameer was knowledgeable but didn’t bombard me with information. I wasn’t too fussed about the Agra Fort but was actually really interesting & a highlight of the trip. Sameer shared some really interesting facts & I thoroughly enjoyed it. On the day I visited it was Holi festival & Sameer made sure I had a proper Holi experience! This was complete accident as I didn’t know until I got to India but it was just fantastic & id thoroughly recommend tying in your trip with this festival if you can! The lunch was at the Marriott hotel & was lovely - can’t fault it. My only annoyance was having to pay extra for the bottled water - but at 230rs (about £2.50) then I can’t complain too much! Overall I think the trip is value for money if you want a hassle free your of the Taj Mahal/ Agra/ Baby Taj & various other sites. Not having to worry about queuing for tickets was ideal & I personally think having a local guide with local knowledge is invaluable.

Excellent tour with tour guide Ali. He attended to my itinerary before and after the tour promptly.. Driver was super early and did help out with our luggage. Ali our guide was outstanding and excellent English and knowledge. Good in his photography angle and did help us with some beautiful shots.. Breakfast was superb in 5star hotel. Excellent service by Aiza Tours. Strongly recommend.
