Machen Sie sich bereit für eine ganztägige Safari in unserem komfortablen Allradfahrzeug als Tour rund um Wadi Rayan, das seit 1989 ein Schutzgebiet ist. Unser Abenteuer beginnt im wunderschönen Wadi El Rayan, das von der UNESCO als Kulturerbe anerkannt wurde, dank der erstaunlichen 40 - Millionen Jahre alten Walskelette, die dort gefunden wurden. Qaroun Lake liegt im Norden des Gouvernements Fayoum. Es ist etwa 20 km nördlich von Fayoum Stadt, 80 südwestlich von Kairo. ist eines der reichsten und wertvollsten Naturdenkmäler Ägyptens. Der See Qarun erhielt seinen Schutzstatus nicht nur wegen seiner offensichtlichen Schönheit und Bedeutung für Vögel und Menschen, sondern auch wegen seiner unvergleichlichen historischen, natürlichen und wissenschaftlichen Bedeutung.
Das Naturschutzgebiet Wadi El Rayan besteht aus sieben Teilen: dem oberen und unteren See , den El Rayan-Quellen, den El Rayan Falls, dem El Modawara Mountain (oder Jabal El Modawara auf Arabisch), dem El Rayan Mountain (Jabal El Rayan) und dem Wadi El Hitan (Das Tal der Wale). All diese Gebiete sind voller atemberaubender Landschaften wie Oasen, Berge, Felsformationen und Wasserfälle.
Das kleine Dorf Tunis („izbat Tunis“) liegt in der Oase Fayoum , auf dem Weg zum Wadi Rayan. Das Dorf liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf einen großen Salzwassersee und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Rand der Wüste auf der anderen Seite des Sees. Es ist einer der schönsten Orte in Ägypten. Wir werden die Chance haben, unser BBQ-Mittagessen dort drüben zu besuchen

Great trip and worth the money! Megoo was a great guide. He told us about everything up front, so there were no surprises and the trip was great. Our driver was also great and knew exactly what he was doing at all times. We highly recommend taking this trip when visiting Cairo
Very poor experience as the tour guide that we had and we picked up in Cairo, had NO IDEA what we were doing and where we were going. Also it was the first time he had been a guide in this area and he specialized in antiquity, which is not the case there either. Our driver was phenomenal, but our tour guide had no idea where we were going and his english was VERY poor. Lastly the restaurant that they suggest is literally ripping you off. The mentioned price is 15$ (for a meal that in Cairo costs 5) , and somehow we ended up paying 30$ each. 60$ for 2 people in Egypt is the steal of the centrury for a plate of food. You should protect your customers as a company arranging these things not taking us to get robbed in broad daylight. Very poor experice in a very nice place.

Excellent guide, good itinerary, I recommend it, we went with the family, super safe, economical, and a good tour guide guided us super well.
The tour covered all the key sites to see at the pyramids, saqquara and Memphis. We also had a nice lunch and visited an papyrus factory with (overpriced) souvenirs. All in all a good tour, however our tour guide wasn't very talkative. He gave a few highlights at each location and otherwise quiet unless probed for more information. That said, he was very gracious in taking several great photos of my mom and I. He took them with his phone camera of better quality and sent me the files. I really appreciated this.
