Knowledgeable guide/safe reliable driver/ scenic Nile river cruise. Buffet lunch was excellent. Highlighted was baba ganoush/fried fish fresh pita bread and good desserts
Very friendly and knowledgeable guide and driver. Felucca ride was relaxing. Museum is beautiful and the royal mummies section is very well laid out.
Was a great experience and Sayed Mahmoud it’s an experienced and trustful guy, the museum it’s amazing even if a little bit warm and the cruise with the typical ship felt like going back in the past.
Mona was personable and knowledgeable. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. Of our 3 tours on our own before joining our larger group tour; the guide and driver were the best. The NMEC is a wonderful flavor of Egypt. The felucca ride was enjoyable. This would have been 5 stars if there hadn't been a stop at an essence or oil hop, which was actually a pushy sales pitch rather than a learning experience.
Mahmound Was great explaining all the artifacts within the Museum. Wish we had used him on our other tours while in Cairo

It’s not surprising why the pyramids of Giza are one of the greatest wonders of the world, and Cairo is a beautiful city where antiquity merges with modernity gracefully :) I was expecting a small group tour but ended up being the only traveller who booked that tour- I’m so happy I was the only one!... I had a 20hr layover on the way to Toronto from Mumbai. My tour guide, Eslam Hanfi, who has been doing this for 15 years (and it’s obvious), spent a full day of 12hrs showing me more than what I originally bargained for and it was unforgettable :) he’s an awesome person to spend the day with and you’ll be treated like the guest of honour. I’ve recommended this tour to everyone I know who wants a full day or even half day layover in this beautiful country, and I recommend it to all of you!
Dear our valued customer Thank you for giving us a perfect rating and for recommendation our company to other travelers. I am sure our entire company staff enjoyed creating to your needs as much as you enjoyed your stay . We hope to see you again ^_^ Best regards, Emo Tours Egypt
Great Tour, Tonsi was very informative. Went inside the pyramids and took a horse and carriage around the pyramids for some great photos. We went to the museum and Tonsi told me I could take a sneaky photo of King Tutankhamun's mask from outside the room since pics inside are not allowed 🤫. We even went to a perfume shop and a papyrus shop and bought some amazing souvenirs. Tonsi was patient which we needed since my dad walks with a walking stick, we even ran over time but it wasn't a problem. Thank you for the experience.
Dear our valued customer Thank you very much for such great review ! We work really hard to offer the best trip in the best possible environment. So i am so happy to see your reflected on your last visit. I made sure that Tonsi got the recofgnition he deserved. He was really happy to see your review. Hope to see you again soon Sincerely, Emo Tours Egypt
I had such an incredible time in Cairo with my tour guide Essam! I knew from the reviews I would have a fun time but the tour was so much better than I expected! Essam and his driver picked me up from the airport. As soon as I exited the airport doors and walked outside I immediately spotted Essam holding up a sign with my name on it. In the car waiting for me were snacks, bottled water and juice. I did the layover tour so since I was short on time we drive straight to Giza Plateau. I was able to leave my bag in the car while we toured the pyramids and sphinx and had no issues at all. Essam is an incredible photographer and was always happy to take lots of pictures. He has a lot of creative picture ideas and knows exactly where to take pictures from, his eye for photography is exceptional! Essam even knew who to go to to ride a camel, I rode one for 30mins for about 10 USD, absolutely worth it and really fun experience. I also went into the great pyramid and also recommend doing that. Just an FYI, entry into the Great pyramid is closed from noon-1pm. After touring the pyramids and sphinx Essam bought me some local food (Flalela) which was great! He aslo bought me some bananas from a vendor, Egyptian coffee and KFC before he dropped me off for the evening! I couldn’t believe how incredibly gracious he was and he was so knowledgeable about Egyptian history and the city. Even though I did the layover tour I didn’t fly out the day of my tour so Essam and his driver very kindly dropped me off at my hostel. My tour with Essam really did make my Cairo trip. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do a tour but so happy I did, absolutely worth the money. It is surreal to see the pyramids and sphinx in person. The day after my tour I went to the Egyptian Museum solo and loved it. I could have done the museum on my layover tour but i wanted to have more time at Giza Plateau. Just a tip, get to the museum when it opens, go straight to second floor to see King Tut artifacts before crowds get up there, Tut artifacts are awesome! I thought the mummy room was interesting and i felt it was worth it. There is one mummy that i saw on the second floor that wasn’t in the mummy room...it is near the king tut stuff. Thanks again Essam for an incredible tour and for making my trip so memorable! Oh, and for all of the awesome pictures! :)

He has patience, he knows secret places where there are almost no tourist, his narrating skills are very good. To make narrating more interesting, he asks before every story, why, when, and how... Every sentence he finishes brings a thrill up the spine. His guide is highly advisable and it's a honor for us to have him as our tourist guide. He made our visit a memory to be remembered for long.
