Unsere Kachetien Rundreise bietet einen Tag in einer der schönsten Regionen Georgiens. Die allerbesten Weine kommen aus Kachetien. Hier werden fast drei Viertel der Weintrauben des Landes angebaut. Archäologische Funde weisen darauf hin, dass hier seit mehreren tausend Jahren Wein angebaut wird. Fast jedes Dorf in Kaketi ist bekannt für seine eigene Weinsorte, wie Kindzmarauli, Akhasheni, Teliani, Mukuzani. Weine werden nach den Orten benannt, an denen sie hergestellt werden. Die Reise nach Kachetien umfasst mehrere Touristenziele, wie das Kloster St. Nino in Bodbe, Sighnaghi – Stadt der Liebe. Unterwegs probieren wir georgisches Brot namens "Shoti". Shoti wird traditionell in einem tiefen runden Lehmofen namens "Ton" gebacken. Während der Erntezeit besuchen wir auch eine der größten Weinfabriken in Khakheti, wo Sie Wein probieren und kaufen können.

Pirosmanashvili Museum - Wenn Sie die traurige Geschichte des weltberühmten georgischen Malers gehört haben, werden Sie leicht vermuten, dass es sich um Niko Pirosmanashvili handelt, auch bekannt als Pirosmani. Das Niko Pirosmanashvili State Museum wurde 1960 in Pirosmanis Heimatdorf Mirzaani gegründet und umfasst sein Familienhaus und eine Ausstellungshalle, in der einige der ursprünglichen Werke und persönlichen Gegenstände des Künstlers ausgestellt sind.
Das Kloster St. Nino in Bodbe - Ursprünglich wurde es im 9. Jahrhundert erbaut. Es ist einer der wichtigsten Wallfahrtsorte in Georgien. Kloster hält das Grab von ST. Nino, die kappadokische Jungfrau, die das georgische Volk bereits 337 n. Chr. Zum Christentum konvertierte. Es hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Alazani-Tal und den schneebedeckten Kaukasus.
Sighnaghi - Stadt der Liebe. Es ist die schönste Stadt in Kaheti. Sighnagi wurde ursprünglich im 18. Jahrhundert von König Erekle II entwickelt. Die Verteidigungsmauern und 28 Türme wurden von ihm gegen die lezgische Invasion gebaut. Die Stadt bietet einen herrlichen Blick über das Alazani-Tal bis zum Kaukasus. Nach dem Spaziergang haben wir ein traditionelles Abendessen mit Workshop, wo Sie lernen, wie man traditionelle Mahlzeiten kocht. Sie können auch traditionelle Süßigkeiten mit Traubensaft probieren - Churchkhela und Pelamushi.

It was a small group of 5 of us with a delightful English speaking guide Anano and an excellent driver David . The Telavi tour comprised of a pleasant drive through the country side and we stopped at Ujarma monastery, went across to a wine making and tasting place . Lunch was fabulous. We stopped to check out a 900 year old tree, and the masterpiece was the Tsinandali estate the summer home of thr famous Georgian writer and patron of the arts - Chavchavadze, which gave us an insight into the life of a famous aristocrat and intellectual. It was a well preserved summer retreat with had many original items of irniture,.pianos, cutlery, crockery etc intact. Anano kept us curious and her historical narrative transported us to Georgian history, origins of orthodox christianity and Georgian cultire. She was also very open to answering questions of current political scenario and was very professional and balanced all through. I highly recommend the tour company and guide.

My friend and I took a Kakheti wine tasting tour. The tour was great, and we had so much fun. Special thanks to our tour guide, Nino—she was wonderful! Luka explained the wine differences and the winemaking process in a very fun and welcoming way. The food was delicious and the ladies at the restaurant were very sweet!

We as a family of 4 had a great tour exploring the Kakheti region! Our Guide Nick was extremely knowledgeable of the area and Georgian Culture & history and gave us ample time to explore each destination. Our driver Vazo also was very good and safe driving. We really enjoyed each spot and the winery Vineria Kakheti was gorgeous and gave us a detailed wine tasting and lunch. Would definitely recommend this trip to friends & family! 🥂😊
