Abholung von Ihrem Hotel um 8:00 Uhr und Fahrt ins Heilige Tal. Die erste Station ist das Alpaca Center, eine Webereikooperative und Kamelfarm in der Region des Heiligen Tals in der Nähe von Cusco, Peru. Es ist ein lebendiges Museum, in dem Besucher etwas über den traditionellen Webprozess der Anden erfahren und die Kameliden der Anden – Lamas, Alpakas, Vicuñas und Guanakos – aus nächster Nähe erleben können. Später fahren Sie 10 Minuten weiter zum Mirador Taray, wo Sie die atemberaubendste Aussicht auf das Heilige Tal haben.
Als nächstes fahren Sie weiter nach Pissac und erkunden das Beste der Stadt. Pisac, auch Pisaq geschrieben, ist ein peruanisches Dorf im Heiligen Tal der Inkas. Es liegt am Fluss Vilcanota und ist für seine beeindruckenden Inka-Ruinen und den lebhaften Kunsthandwerkermarkt bekannt. Es liegt etwa 33 km östlich von Cusco, der historischen Hauptstadt des Inka-Reiches, und ist daher ein beliebter Tagesausflug für Reisende in der Region.
Nach Pisac fahren wir durch das Vacred-Tal bis nach Urubamba, wo wir ein fantastisches Mittagessen in einem lokalen Restaurant genießen.
Nach einem köstlichen Mittagessen fahren wir nach Ollantaytambo, der „letzten lebenden Inkastadt“. Bei unserer Ankunft erkunden wir die ursprüngliche Inkastraße, die noch heute von Menschen genutzt wird, besichtigen die Häuser, sehen ihren Lebensstil und erfahren, wie es möglich ist, solch alte Bauwerke noch zu nutzen.
Die letzte Station ist Chinchero, das Land der großen Weber. Besuchen Sie die Inka-Terrassen und die Kolonialkirche, um später das örtliche Textilzentrum zu besuchen und die alten Webtechniken zu erlernen. Von hier aus kehren wir gegen 17:00 Uhr nach Cusco zurück

Juan was an exceptional guide. From the very beginning, he demonstrated outstanding coordination and communication, thoughtfully adjusting our itinerary to help us acclimate to the altitude. He was kind, courteous, professional, and an absolute pleasure to spend time with. His knowledge of the history and culture of the ancient Inkas was remarkable, and he explained everything in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. Visiting the Salt Mines and the Inka terraces was spectacular and truly one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. Juan also treated us to a delicious meal in a local village, giving us a wonderful opportunity to experience authentic Peruvian hospitality. As a thoughtful gesture, he gifted each member of our family an Inka cross, a meaningful keepsake that we will always treasure. What made the experience even more special was the way Juan connected with our teenage son, Levi. He patiently answered every question with genuine enthusiasm and pride, inspiring his curiosity and making him feel included throughout the journey. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and passionate guide in Peru, we cannot recommend Juan highly enough. He made our visit unforgettable. A special shoutout to our driver, Jose Luis Mesa, who was a champion behind the wheel navigating the windy roads with great care & attention.
Was such a pleasure to have Charly guide us along the high points of the Sacred Valley! Super knowledgeable, with lots of stories about each site and a real passion for all the spectacular accomplishments of the Incas - his people. Both my daughter and I felt his passion and desire to share these beautiful treasures. And we got to see a LOT of those treasures .. this is not a short tour! We started with a convenient pickup outside our AirBnB at 7AM and finished with a drop-off back to the same place a little after 7PM. But well worth it, and wonderful to be part of a diverse group of about 10 people, from North America, Europe and Australia. Couldn't have asked for a more fun or friendlier crew to explore this part of Peru!

They both went above and beyond to provide the best experience possible and were always flexible when needed.
