Brilliant experience, very clean and tidy and reasonable on price. Plenty of slides to go on plus a lazy river, wave pool and infinity pool. A coupe of rides you need a helmet and inflatable ring but the best water park provided these. You can rent towels and lockers three and the restaurant has lovely food and choices for a water park. You can’t take your own snacks though so be aware of that. We went in April and there were probably about 20-30 people in the whole park so didn’t queue for a single ride. All the staff are very helpful and friendly too. Would definitely go again!
Pros: +++ Very nice park with very little attendance during our visit (about 20 people), which allows to enjoy the attractions without any queue. +++ Various and very fun slides: about 6 large slides, with or without buoy. ++ River with very pleasant current. ++ Well made wave pool. ++ Very nice infinity pool to relax. ++ Well maintained park and clean facilities. Possibility of dining on site. Quick access from Hua Hin (about 10 minutes by tuk-tuk). Areas for improvement Relatively average park size: the offer of attractions remains limited for a full day. Summary Excellent family activity in Hua Hin. During our visit the park was almost empty, which made the experience exceptional with immediate access to all the slides. It’s possible that the crowds will be higher at other times, but in our case we had really great fun.
We really had a great time. Good slides, easy to see and very few people. However, light hair becomes extremely green!!
Great water park, perfect for a family with a 3 and 9 year old. Perfect amount of slides, wave pool was great and the splash park area and the play areas were really enjoyed by the little one while my partner and the six year old went on the bigger slides. We also loved the lazy river. We don’t understand why it’s to quiet.
This water park was great, it had a very chilled vibe, lots of sun loungers. They had lockers and towel hire. To buy food you had to use a food card but you got refunded at the end of the day if you didn't spent it. The food and drink were responsible priced. This water park was very chilled, there wasn't crowds of people so the kids didn't have to wait to go on the slides. There were a good selection of slides for all ages. There was a wave pool which my kids loved it. It had huge waves. This water park is out in the mountains, we got a grab there and back to Hua hin.
Bad experience very bad counter girl went with family and requested my 83 yr old dad to sit on chairs in the park but the counter girl was asking 500bht just to enter and sit on those empty chairs.
Black Moutain is a large water park off Hua Hin. It is quite expensive to go in there for a family but the area is large and well organized and basically never any queues. For the 6-year-old, the waver was the highlight of the water park and she ran there as soon as she heard the bell ring when it was about to start. The 11-year-old rode all the water slides and if you want to say something negative is that they could be a little more advanced but it was fun to ride them. They also have high security and you have to wear helmets on some canyons.
Great to get away from crowds of Thailand. Slow pace. Nice trip through local village life to get there. Safe, fun rides suitable for tweens in particular. Not exactly a ‘Thai’ experience. But a needed reprieve from business of town. Waterpark driver will take you back to Hua Jun city for 300 bht.
The park is located in the countryside about 10km from Hua Hin. It is relatively good value and has slides, swimming, lazy river, wave pool etc. It is relatively uncrowded - we never had to wait our turn for anything. Nice views of hills and mountains from the park. You are not allowed to take food in and there is a restaurant with moderately priced food of OK quality. Despite what some reviews say the place is very well maintained and quite well organized. The only downside is that we took Grab to get to the park but couldn't find a ride to get back to Hua Hin. But park staff were very helpful in organizing a local to take us back to Hua Hin for Baht 400, which is similar to the Grab Plus Fee if Grab had been available.
Nice waterpark, a bit overpriced and middle of nowhere, but we had fun day there. Quite few visitors, so no queues to anywhere. It was diffucult to get taxi (Grab) to pick us up, but it worked when we paid a little extra (of course). Would recommend to visit!
