Freddy the tour guide and Juan the driver were too notch! We did a private tour. They stopped for bathroom breaks and breakfast and lunch, asked if we are ok, etc, changing the temperature, rolling the windows down up etc. just thought of us the entire way. When we got there. I took 16 ,165 steps, 29 flights of stairs, 6.61 miles in this altitude. He was patient kind and motivating that I could finish. He even stopped other tourists to motivate them. I felt safe and cared for, his service takes and picks you up at the hotel. Wonderful tour, private is defintely the way to go! He even offered other tours later in the week. Highly recommend!
An incredible experience. The agency is very responsive with the package they offer. The highly knowledgeable guide was always attentive to our needs, patient, and in a good mood.
The views were amazing and our lunch was wonderful. We had a perfect day with the clouds parting for some wonderful shots of the mountains. Freddy was an absolute treat, and made our experience a wonderful time filled with laughter and good conversation. 💯 recommend
The best view on the top of Peru. The height would not allow me to climb them I went up on horseback, the people were very attentive and I managed to see that majestic place surrounded by mountains the sound of the water as we passed our roads back. Unmissable place
This experience is so special and I would absolutely recommend booking it. Communication was amazing - the reservation was confirmed, pickup time was confirmed, and communication morning of was great! I was the only English speaking person in my group and my guide William along with the group made me feel so included and welcomed. The trek is a bit tough but doable for the average person! If you don’t think you’re up for it, you can rent horses to go most of the way. The views were spectacular on the way up and at the top!
Accurate to the description, I was picked up on time from my hotel . The guide explained everything in detail, made sure no one is left behind on the whole hike . The breakfast and lunch which is included was really wonderful. Worth every penny.
The best experience from the pick up until the last day of saying goodbye to the city of Cusco, completely recommended
Enjoyable hike and cool option to ride the horse; only critique is that the bus had very narrow seats and with bumpy roads caused pretty bad motion sickness (would recommend you bring motion sickness meds).
The views are incredible but it is difficult to climb to get there which makes you enjoy your visit even more. It is a little far and on dirt roads but I recommend it a thousand times. It also gives the option of going on horseback.
Chose this trip without knowing anything, at the end it was wonderful! The guide Wilian was very nice and the transport and food was tasty. This time I think the information provided by the guide could be improved, though he was very talkative and eager to answer questions he was too obsessed with checking on the slowest walkers of the group that those of us who arrived to the top got almost on our own (my case following the horses), aside from that, everything was amazing.
