Ein großartiger Ort, um Ihre Reise zu beginnen. Wo das Mittelmeer und der Atlantik aufeinander treffen, liegt Kap Spartel, ein Vorgebirge in Marokko etwa 1.000 Fuß über dem Meeresspiegel, am Eingang zur Straße von Gibraltar.

Es dauert 5 Minuten, um den berühmtesten Strand der Stadt Tanger zu erreichen, wohin die meisten Einwohner im Sommer kommen. An diesem Strand können Sie einen Kamelritt am Strand des Atlantischen Ozeans genießen.
In etwa 18 bis 20 Minuten sind wir im Parc Perdicaris. Dieser Park ist unter mehreren Namen bekannt, darunter Arrrmelat Forest, Forest Leglawi und Forest Perdicaris (im Zusammenhang mit der Entführung des amerikanischen Millionärs Perdicaris durch Mulai Ahmed Raisuli am 18. Mai 1904).

Fahren Sie weitere 5 Minuten bis zum einzigen historisch bedeutsamen amerikanischen Nationaldenkmal im Ausland, dem Büro der amerikanischen Gesandtschaft in Tanger, Marokko. Die Kommission fungiert heute als Zentrum für Aktivitäten, darunter ein Museum, eine Forschungsbibliothek und ein Kulturzentrum.
Innerhalb von 4 Minuten passieren wir Petit Socco. Manchmal auch als „Souq Dakhli“ oder Zoco Chico auf Spanisch bezeichnet, ist ein Platz und die ihn umgebenden Straßen in Tanger, dem Medina-Viertel Marokkos. Perfekter Ort, um ein Foto zu machen.
Die Große Moschee von Tanger ist eine der wichtigsten historischen Moscheen in Marokko. Sie wurde im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und während der portugiesischen Herrschaft in eine katholische Kirche umgewandelt. 1864 wurde es dann von der Alaouiten-Dynastie dauerhaft zu einem muslimischen Tempel. Diese Moschee im andalusisch-maurischen Stil mit grünen Türen und weißen Wänden ist ein Muss in Tanger.
ca. 2 Minuten bis Dieser Ort, dessen Name vom Wort Souk (Socco) abgeleitet ist, wurde von Sultan Mohamed V. ausgewählt, um am 8. April 1947 seinen Appell an Frankreich für die Unabhängigkeit Marokkos zu richten.

Bardo was the best guide I've had! He was so knowledgeable about the area and was so helpful! Our group was very small so he spent so much time telling us all about life in Tangier! The restaurant he took us for lunch was delicious and the staff was very helpful to tell us about the food!

The driver missed the address and missed our train. We took the next train after changing the tickets. The guide did not give us too many history / details. Lunch was good.

Absolutely fantastic tour - lovely tour guide and driver. Very interesting and fun, a great experience. As I was on my own, they were able to tailor the tour to my interests which was amazing. Felt very safe as a young, solo female traveller. Slight confusion with the company over pickups but overall would really recommend.

We had a very good experience in Tangier. We were picked up from the hotel in Rabat and took the very comfortable, air-conditioned high-speed train from Rabat to Tangier in the 2. Great driving. Once there, the tour guide immediately welcomed us and we drove with a driver through the various neighborhoods of the city. A camel ride, a delicious Moroccan lunch and a bit of shopping fit well into the program. The tour guide spoke English and was very experienced and knew the city very well. We had also briefly visited the Museum of the USA Legation and the Hercules Cave.

I really had a wonderful experience! My guide in Tangier was incredible - very knowledgeable. We had wonderful conversations; I learned so much. Our driver Feycal was also wonderful! I saw some tremendous things walking with my guide. The logistics may seem difficult (taking a train to Tangier), but the tour company was very responsive and helpful. You need to check your email for the train tickets. I had problems with my connection and couldn’t access them, so I reached out to the tour company though WhatsApp and they sent them to me as a pdf right away. It was easy! All the transfers went smoothly - a really great day! Thank you!

Badr was excellent. He was very friendly and explained everything. It was really fun to walk around the kasbah and Medina with him as it seems he’s friends with everybody. I was ok with the visits to purchase stuff because everybody was really friendly even if you don’t buy anything! I even enjoyed that part. The Hercules caves are not interesting and you see people taking photos with a monkey and falcon. I didn’t enjoy that so if you don’t either, you can skip that part maybe. Im sure Badr wouldn’t mind! The lunch was absolutely delicious. I was very happy to have Badr as a guide.

I have done a couple of solo tours in my life, and went into this with a little trepidation. New city, new country, uncertain what to expect. Badr, my guide, made me feel at home right way. Within the first 30 minutes, I felt like I was traveling with an old friend. He seemed to know everyone as we walked down the alleys of Tanger, with many passersby stopping to greet him warmly. I was probably introduced to a dozen tangerinos during the course of the day, each one shaking my hand with a huge smile and welcoming me to their city. Tanger is beautiful - and Badr made the experience a rich one, with details on the history and culture I never would have had otherwise. Because of him, I left with a great love of Tanger, and I know that when I return the first call I make will be to my friend Badr! Azzdin, our driver, navigated the busy roads with confidence, efficiency and safety. This was a top experience!

Mohammed gave us a great trip UNTIL! he took us up stairs to a guy selling rugs.He promply disappeared for over an hour. Then a guy came up and served us tea. Then 2 other guys came out and started unrolling over 15-20 rugs. We told them several times we don't want any rugs. They would not take no for an answer and we finally bought a small one so they would finally let us go. WHAT A SET UP! What do you plan to do for us to resolve this matter?? Waiting for your replay.
