Die Große Moschee von Muhammad Ali Pascha oder Alabaster-Moschee (Arabisch: مسجد محمد علي; Türkisch: Mehmet Ali Paşa Camii) ist eine Moschee in der Zitadelle von Kairo in Ägypten und wurde zwischen 1830 und 1848 von Muhammad Ali Pascha in Auftrag gegeben
Die Moschee-Madrasa von Sultan Hassan ist eine monumentale Moschee und Madrasa im historischen Viertel von Kairo, Ägypten. Es wurde zwischen 1356 und 1363 während der Bahri Mamluk-Zeit im Auftrag von Sultan an-Nasir Hasan erbaut
Die Moschee von Amr ibn al-As oder Taj al-Jawame oder Masjid Ahl ar-Rayah oder Jame al-Ateeq wurde ursprünglich in den Jahren 641–642 n. Chr. Als Zentrum der neu gegründeten Hauptstadt Ägyptens erbaut. Fustat. Die ursprüngliche Struktur war die erste Moschee, die jemals in Ägypten und ganz Afrika gebaut wurde
Die Al-Rifa'i-Moschee befindet sich in Midan al-Qal'a neben der Zitadelle von Kairo. Jetzt ist es auch das königliche Mausoleum von Muhammad Alis Familie. Das Gebäude befindet sich gegenüber der Moschee-Madrassa von Sultan Hassan aus dem Jahr 1361 und wurde architektonisch als Ergänzung zum älteren Bauwerk konzipiert

Excellent tour! Our guide Sayed Mahmoud and driver Ali were great! Sayed guided us through the Egyptian Museum and then we explored Islamic and Coptic Cairo. He was very informative and explained all of the important items.
The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and took his time to explain about the history and culture. The driver was good and on time.

Very nice overview about Islamic and Coptic culture within Cairo. Good mixture between walking and driving to the specific more spread out locations. Very informative and enjoyable tour by Sayed Mahmoud!

The driver was really great. Nice car too. Our German guide was making stuff up or was mostly unsure. For us that was a tour not worth taking.
