Tagesausflug in kleiner Gruppe von Dubai nach Musandam, Oman mit Mittagessen

This was a great tour to see Oman ! Very well organized. Super communication before the tour on pickup, etc. Pickup right on time. Easy consolidation with rest of group. Bus was nice clean. When we got to border, tour operator knew all the details and made it easy, informative, and comfortable. Then we got to the boat - clean, safe boat, friendly staff. Not overcrowded. Beautiful cruise to see area and limestone caves. Coffee, drinks, snacks plentiful. We anchored and people swam, rode "banana boat", snorkeled, and they ran a shuttle boat over to a wonderful secluded beach. Just the "right amount of time" at each activity - busy but relaxed. Lots of communiations "what we are doing next and when". They put out a wonderful local lunch spread - excellent and plentiful. Then on way back we did some fishing. Then to bus for ride home. Very fun day. Very comfortable. Great value !!!

It was cool to say you went to a different country, and the food on the boat was good. However, that’s about it. We were taken to a very dirty beach (trash, abandon buildings, two stray dogs, etc) and our tour guide was less than friendly, seemingly pushing the group along somewhat rudely. The tour also lasted way too long for being in 117° heat. Of course, I understand that being hot in Oman and June is just part of the deal -but the amount of time that we spend in different areas of the water just sitting on the boat doing nothing was unnecessary.

We were picked up from our hotel an hour late, tour guide was not giving us any informationsuntil we arrived to Oman. No water for guests! Boat trip was really nice, great views good activities, nice lunch. We were dropped to our hotel last, although we passed our hotel by about 500m two hours (!!!!) earlier. Very disappointed by Dubai end of the service. Would not recommend this provider!

This is a great outing from Dubai. The boat was well-stocked with coffee and lunch was delicious. The most fun was swimming off the boat. Some people also road on a banana boat or kayak. We drove past some cool cliffs in Musandam. Note that the drive in both directions is long and there is a wait for border crossing procedures. However, if you don't have much time in the region it is a great way to add Oman to a visit to Dubai!

The tour was well organized. The staff was super attentive, took great care of us, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The fiorj weren't as impressive as I was expecting but the day out was great. The water was perfect, and it was relaxing. It's a LONG trip, which requires 2h bus drive each way from Dubai. If you're going there just for the relaxation, you're better off going somewhere else closer to you. There's one bit I'm really disappointed about and it's that all the food leftovers were thrown in rhe water. We're talking about trays full of rice, chicken curry, vegetables curry, salads, lemmons, etc. It was a lot od food being thrown into the water. 1. This food could be donated 2. I'm no expert but I don't think fish like eating spicy curries and if they do I don't think it is good for them.

This tour was lovely, however, we were picked up at our hotel in Dubai at 7:30, and got back to our hotel at 21:45. It is important that you’re aware this your will take ALL day. The itinerary, inclusions and general instructions were often vague, but we did enjoy the experience…but we’re not expecting the amount of time the trip took. The boat was fun, the mountains in Oman are unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The beach was really pretty and the staff were all wonderful. Note that the distance from Dubai to Oman is significant, and we spend the same amount of time on the boat as we did in the bus transfers. Would recommend, but it’s a LONG day. PACK SNACKS! The lunch is delicious, but it’s such a long day you may need more sustenance than you think in your bag! Also, good to note that Oman is a separate country from the UAE and may incur different COVID requirements.
