Das größte Amphitheater auf dem Balkan wurde während des Römischen Reiches erbaut
Es wurde im 6. Jahrhundert erbaut und galt als eine der mächtigsten Festungen an der Westküste der Adria. Architektonische Elemente der Struktur und historische Aufzeichnungen zeigen, dass die Festung in der ersten Hälfte des fünfzehnten Jahrhunderts wieder aufgebaut wurde, als Durrës von der Republik Venedig regiert wurde.
Spazieren Sie am Meer entlang, in der Hauptpromande, erkunden Sie Kunstinstalationen, moderne und komunistische Zeit. Jede Statue hat ihre eigene Geschichte.
Wir besuchen die Unterstadt am Fluss, Mangalemi und Gorica. Wird zu Fuß zu den mos schönen Gassen, besuchen Sie die Kathedrale und Moschee von Sulltan. Zeit zum Mittagessen. 1 Stunde 15 Minuten.
Wir fahren hinauf zum Schloss, spazieren in der mittelalterlichen Stadt, genießen die Aussicht von oben, betreten die alten Kirchen, hören die Geschichten hinter jedem Stein.
Auf dem Rückweg nach Tirana machen wir Halt zum Entspannen, im See von Belsh

Very long day but worth it. Absolutely loved Berat ! Felt safe and comfortable all day . Good walking shoes with good grip required as walking on marble at times and very slippery.
Recommend , cover seaside , castle , museum, more time exploration BERAT .. guide and driver did amazing job ,

What a fantastic experience in Albania. We had a tour of Durres, Berat, Belsh Lake, and our guide, Bledar excellent, very knowledgeable what a fascinating history and culture this country has. Oh, I had to recommend a little restaurant in Berat. Call Maly home, cook, delicious !!

Good program with the right amount of stops and enough time to see the main sights. Our very good driver and guide was Bledsr who gave the right amount of explanations. Very full day as in the program.
