Wir bieten Abholungen in Cabo San Lucas, San Jose Del Cabo und The Tourist Corridor an. Wenn der Kunde den Namen des Hotels nicht angibt, muss er uns 24 Stunden vor der Tour erreichen, andernfalls können wir den Service nicht erbringen Die Abholung beginnt zwischen 14:30 und 16:30 Uhr, je nach Standort Ihres Hotels. We received multiple emails confirming our reservation. We answered all texts and emails with confirmations that we would be there and ready to go. The instructions stated to be in the lobby at 4:20p for a 4:30p pickup. We were there at 4:15p. The lobby does not have doors or windows. It's like a huge covered patio. We were sitting in the location which the photos reflects. We never left that position. The hotel staff bellboy at Riu Baja California called Pez Gato who was the tour operator. The first person who answered said the driver was there at our hotel at 3:30p and left when we didn't show. No where in any of the correspondence does it say 3:30p. That's the first problem. When the hotel staff stated he is looking at the reservation and their driver did not show, the representative for the tour gave the phone to his manager who stated their was no booking for us and it was the fault of the 3rd party seller,that would be Viator. This is now the second problem as the first Rep said they were there and the 2nd rep said the reservation never existed. We called Viator and explained the issue to the Rep. Viator said they would request documented evidence that the tour operator visited my hotel. While speaking with the Viator Rep, the tour called but I was unable to switch over to their call. I attempted to call them back but they didn't answer. Third problem was this was also the only tour operator that doesn't allow cancellations or refunds. This tour operator ruined my trip as this was our 27th wedding anniversary and possibly our last due to a stage 4 cancer diagnosis. Of all three activities I scheduled, I enjoyed the other two.
The service was provided, the transportation arrived outside of the lobby at the time we informed Nobody showed up, you were in fact sitting inside the lobby waiting even when we asked not to do that This entire review is not accurate and is just an excuse of not following the instructions
Very nice activity to do while in Cabo! Transfer was on time, staff amazing, service on board and food were EXCELLENT ! Lots of choices for drinks, good music! I highly recommend !

Nice time. Friendly staff. Good tacos. Dance music. Bring comfort shoes and if you get seasick take sea sick pill before cruise. Have fun.

Awesome sunset cruise! Staff were excellent! Definitely a must do when in Cabo!! Food was great and margaritas were amazing!
