Wir machen eine Frühstücks- und Ruhepause in Korkuteli, wo Sie eine köstliche Mahlzeit genießen und entspannen können, bevor Sie unsere Reise fortsetzen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Frühstück nicht im Tourpreis inbegriffen ist und auf Ihre eigenen Kosten erfolgt.
Wir besuchen eine Onyx Handwerkswerkstatt, wo Sie die Kunst hinter wunderschön gearbeiteten Steinprodukten erleben können. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, die traditionellen Techniken kennenzulernen und sogar einzigartige handgefertigte Souvenirs zu erwerben.
Wir machen eine Mittagspause in einem lokalen Restaurant in der Nähe von Pamukkale, wo Sie eine köstliche Mahlzeit genießen und entspannen können, bevor Sie die atemberaubenden natürlichen und historischen Stätten erkunden.
Nach der Ankunft in Pamukkale wird Ihr Reiseleiter Sie in die antike Stadt Hierapolis einführen und ihre reiche Geschichte und faszinierenden Sehenswürdigkeiten teilen.
Das 1800 Jahre alte Hierapolis Amphitheater, das wichtigste und originellste römische Theater im Mittelmeerraum. Amphitheater wurde 150 Jahre lang erbaut. Es gibt auch die einzigartige 2500 Jahre alte antike Stadt Pamukkale Hierapolis, die sowohl als Kultur- als auch als Naturerbe in die Liste des UNESCO-Weltkulturerbes aufgenommen wurde. Infolge der Restaurierung hat das Hierapolis Amphitheatre mit seinen mythologischen Reliefs, dem prächtigen Bühnengebäude und den Sitzstufen des Antalya Perge Theatre den wichtigsten und einzigartigsten Platz unter den anatolischen Theatern der Römerzeit im Mittelmeerraum.
Wir besuchen mit unserem Guide die natürlichen Pools von Pamukkale. Die Minarette im Wasser verändern hier die Farben auf der Felsoberfläche. Deshalb ist überall so weiß wie Baumwolle. Und Wasser hat viele Vorteile für den menschlichen Körper.

Antalya was a beautiful jumping off place for Pamukkale and Hierapolis. I didn't swim in the spring water of Pamukkale but the silica formed pools are a unique sight. The adjoining ruins of Hierapolis are historically stunning.

Hierapolis has amazing Roman ruins. The amphitheater was pretty incredible. There is still much to excavate. The pools of Pamukkale are also uniquely beautiful. Our driver and guide Baran were terrific. On time and knowing when to stop on our 3 hr drive from Antalya. August is just a very hot time of year to visit, but glad we didn’t miss it.

In the itinerary and overview it says that cleopatras pools is part of it. I found out the day of that they are not but if I cancel last minute I dont get my money back.

Pamukkale is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before. The scenery is picturesque and you almost can’t believe what you’re experiencing. The pools are busy, yes, but our tour guide Baran did a good job at structuring the day so that by the time we got to the pools that it was when other tour groups were typically doing lunch. That helped make it feel slightly less busy. And Hierapolis is a sight to behold. Being able to walk around the ruins at your own pace allows you to get what you want out of the day. If you’re looking for a tour guide to walk with you ever step of the way and explain what you are seeing or experiencing, this probably isn’t the tour for you. We did receive some explanation prior to going into Pamukkale/Hierapolis, but other than that you are left to make the visit what you want. I personally didn’t love the visit to the jewelry/rock shop. While they didn’t necessarily feel pushy, the place did feel a bit seedy and didn’t seem to fit in with the rest of the day. I’m not sure why it was included.

The pamukkale tour was spectacular, I felt that the guide at all times explained historical details and also details of the day to day related to history, all very interesting. The only thing I could suggest is that the meal time could be improved, it is true that they explained that it was so to get to a time where there were fewer people, and I still think that eating at 11:30 is very early. The organization and management of the tour was all excellent, since we booked it, communications and the guide super waxy and willing to give us information at all times I recommend the tour to everyone.

Our spectacular Baran guide, from the beginning made a close contact and gave us information of tourist sites and curious facts of Turkish society. Very nice food 👌 and Pamukale and Hirapolis. I would recommend starting by seeing the ruins of Hierapolis and then going to the picinas of Pamukale because as soon as you arrive there are always a lot of people (depending on the time you arrive) we arrived around 12.30 / 13 and left around 16h and there were not so many people anymore.
