E-ticket purchased online 100 MAD on ONCF. Comfortable bus, schedules respected. Very good organization with checked baggage before departure for 6 MAD.

Our 4th return trips Marrakech to Essaouira in 3 years and can’t recommend highly enough. Really great value, air-conditioned coaches and great drivers. If you have more than hand luggage then pay at the bus station to have your cases put in the hold. It’s only 7 dirham a case! Note: they leave bang on time so make sure you’re at the station at least 20 minutes before departure Recommend with confidence

Supratours has a very good service, much better than the company CTM (the oldest company in Morocco). Buses leave on time and stay on schedule. They are well maintained and clean. We were from Marrakech to Essaouira. Everything went very well, both on the way and back.

Very comfortable bus and schedules are well respected. The wifi is correct. A short break in the middle of the journey is nice

Very good service - you can book online in advance and select your seats. Coach very comfortable and departed and ran to time in both directions. In Marrakech their (dedicated) departures terminal was on one side of the central railway station; the arrivals is on the opposite side. Trip takes about 3 hours - mostly on motorway or dual carriageway so smooth and fast. Halfway along the route there's a 20 minute stop for toilets and refreshments (no toilet on board). Note that if you have a bag to stow underneath you need to go to the office at the terminus (with your bag) and pay 5 dirhams per bag. They give you a sticker to put on the case and then there is someone to load it in the luggage compartment for you. So leave a bit of extra time for doing that. Otherwise the terminus at either end is small and easy to use. Your ticket is checked as you board. A comfortable and efficient service; couldn't be easier. And Essaouira is worth the trip.

Unprofessionals!!!!!!!unfortunately lot of staff is not professional so they make lots of mistakes, and as they are narrow minded and arrogant, they are not able to solve small problems to customers, laziness is their main characteristic, from the luggage staff at the ticketing in Essaouira in particular, but also the driver, a woman, who left a passenger on the transit cafe as she didn’t advise the departure time in English, and even didn’t clacson before departing. In Kech the luggage cashier staff was not at her place to issue bag tag, so another boy issued it to me and by mistake I paid 2 bag tags instead of one l. The lady at ticket desk in Essaouira refused to sell the bag tag the day before returning, and upon departure happened that she was stuck issuing a ticket to a customer delaying all customers for bag tags, when finally issued the tag didn’t give me a receipt to hold as proof, but only the bag tag itself, then the bus staff at boarding had the arrogance to take my mobile from my hands running away with it, to go inside the agency, to retrieve my ticket , because he didn’t understand that I had a pic of the ticket on the screen, so made all of us loosing time as I had to retrieve again it, of course we delayed the departure, for 5 min, because of their stupidity, they acted un respectfully, un politely and moreover they are definitely unprofessional. That is pity because I had lots of travels with Supratours and never met such bad behavior so probably they need a supervisor to train them and check they duties

This service was excellent. Went for the comfort option - well worth the small extra price I think. Did this return Marrakech to Essaoira and back to Marrakech. Comfortable, pretty much on time, good air con. Easy to get to and from the bus stations . Great value. Would use Supratours again- no problems at all.

I took a day trip from Marrakech to Essauira leaving in the morning around 9am and returning at 8pm. The journey time is about three hours, the road is great and the buses clean, comfortable and very punctual. I bought tickets online and everything went perfectly. I recommend this bus line to visit the beautiful Essaura.

We used the Marrekech / Essaouira bus there and back over 2 days. The buses are comfortable, you can book online (preferable to book a few days in advance). A stop at a snack bar is made after 1h30 (pipu, drink, ice cream, snack). Please note, however, that all suitcases must be registered on site and placed in the hold (5drh). Marrakech station near the train station (old station) and Essaouira at the entrance to the Medina. Schedules respected, staff not very fun but the job is done.
