This was one of the best tours I’ve ever taken! Matteo was awesome! Very knowledgeable and passionate about wine and the area. Both wineries were beautiful and the lunch was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic time on our wine tour! We did the "Super Chianti" tour which took us to two wineries in Chianti and Chianti Classico, plus a stop at Dario's meat shop. Daniel was a fantastic guide and shared a lot about the winemaking process and history of the Chianti region. We learned a lot, enjoyed some good company and of course had fantastic wine along the way. Truly a highlight of our honeymoon! Highly recommend to anyone looking to experience the wines of Tuscany while staying in Florence (not having to rent a car and drive was also a huge plus).

We had an amazing experience with Grape Tours! Everything was exceptionally well organized, from the clean and comfortable van to the wonderful wineries we visited throughout the day. A special highlight was meeting Dario the Butcher, who was an absolute delight and added a unique and memorable touch to the experience. Our guide, Matteo, was phenomenal. He was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging, sharing fascinating insights about the region, its wines, and local culture. I could not recommend this tour enough! Our tour guide Luca Marchiani was amazing. A perfect balance of teaching us about the history and importance of the wine, how it is curated and how to enjoy it best. In addition to the beautiful vineyards and wine, we enjoyed amazing cheeses and meats. I could not think of a better way for my wife and I to celebrate our 10 year anniversary.

We had an amazing experience on the Super Chianti tour with Matteo. He contributed invaluable knowledge about Florence, wine making, and culture in general. This greatly enhanced our tour as well as the remainder of our trip due to what we learned from Matteo. The small group made for a lovely day with ample opportunity to ask questions and learn from the hosts at each stop. The trip was well organized, low stress, and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend and feel it was a great value for the products and services provided!

All I can say.... AMAZING! Our tour guide, Matteo, was extremely knowledgeable and highly educated on the region and wine making processes. He made sure we were all comfortable and enjoyed every minute. Wine is a great social lubricant 🤣❤️

We had a great time on the Super Chianti tour with Matteo!! I have been on many wine tours and Matteo have been the most informative guide I have ever had! The lunch is delicious! The wineries had beautiful views and yummy wines!

My husband and I took the Super Chianti tour. Our guide ‘D’ from Ireland was so wonderful. He provided excellent explanations of the history, food and wine of the area. We learnt so much about pairing and loved the cheese at stop number 1. We highly recommend and ask for Daire.

Absolutely incredible experience, hosted by the (actual) best sommelier in Tuscany, Luca! We were paired with 2 other parties, for a total of 7 guests. Luca provided great insights of the area and wineries we visited, giving detailed knowledge of terroir.

After 16 days touring various regions of Italy, this day in the Chianti region with Grape Tours was probably our favorite. Our guide, Lucca, was not only knowledgeable (recent Sommelier of the Year Award winner), but very personable and well-spoken. Hosts and tastings at the two wineries we visited were outstanding (we ordered a case shipped home from each), and the meat feast luncheon at Dario including meeting the famous chef was superb. Highly recommended and will do it again on our next trip to Florence.
