The firm is crap we got in touch with them to tell them our hotel and they wanted another 40€ off us i have always booked with viatar but no more

Strangely one night before once payment was made the tour operator msgd stayinv pick up from hotel is not available, I will have to come to meeting point, time preponed to 7 am and no choice if cancellation. No contact number just option to msg, they refused my refund and didn’t arrange the pickup, so money and day both spoiled. If I could have walked or taken can why would I book a pickup including package??

Hi. We ordered this trip a few days ago and we were looking forward to it. When we arrived at the meeting place, we were not picked up by the boatmen who were supposed to pick us up. We called and asked, and what we got in return was "Not our problem," and they hung up. When we finally found the boat, he refused us entry even though we said we had tickets and had paid for this. Long story short, those who worked on the boat were around 20-30 people while we were a family of 7. 4 women, one pregnant, and 3 men, 2 in their 20s and 1 man in his 60s with a bad knee. The summoned all their friends and started fighting with us and we ended up in the hospital. THEY HIT WOMEN AND PREGNANT WOMEN. They didn't care when we screamed SHE IS PREGNANT. And continued to hit. We ended up in the hospital, as mentioned, and were discharged from the hospital at 8 pm after the incident that happened around 9-10:00. It is 11:00 PM now and we are in interrogation. I with a broken nose and the rest of the family quite badly injured.

We got picked up at 7:15am from central Antalya and were then driven down to Adradan beach. We got on and hardly had to wait before setting sail. They stopped at 3 different spots allowing about 30 mins for each. Lunch was either chicken or fish with pasta, rice, and watermelon for desert. The boat fit about 60 people but all 3 players accommodated everyone nicely. The atmosphere on the boat was very bubbly, although the music was very, very loud at times. All the staff were very good, especially Cartel. I’d recommend your bring your own drinks because the prices on board are quite expensive as that’s where they make most of their money. The duration of the actual boat trip for us was 6 hours starting at 9am and finishing at 3pm, but the car journey was 3 hours in total. Overall for £30 for both the boat trip and shuttle bus return, I think it’s a no brainer doing this as part of your stay in Antalya.

We had a wonderful time on this tour. The views sailing down are so worth it and the swimming was enjoyable for my kids and I. The water was gorgeous. I will say there’s a lot of people, yes but that didn’t take away from our experience. We had to wait in line for lunch obviously as there’s like a 100 people on the boat, but once again it’s to be expected and didn’t ruin it for us. It was nice that they accept credit cards. It was relaxing. Our driver was great and on time. We stopped for snacks/drinks. The AC in the van is not good so I suggest bringing a small fan for the way home as it’ll be very hot by then.

We had good service as expected. Beautiful in the sand. Starting at 10:30 a.m., our tour continued with lunch meal from the boat (shrimp, pasta, and salad). Tea treats were available until noon. We were back at the address like 15:30. Swimming breaks in the coves were good enough. We took nice shots of the boat that our captain stepped into the Lover's cave at the turn. The coves and islands are well-travelled and the tour was well-travelled and the food was well-tended and the fruit and tea were good.
