They're there in the arrivals area to pick us up when we came out, which is very convenient. I appreciated that.
We preferred to have a ride already set up and not leave things to chance since we had never been to Sweden, and we are so glad to have booked this ride. We had our driver’s information ahead of time, he was there waiting for us, and he drove us safely to our hotel while telling us about Stockholm, which was a pleasant surprise.

Great communication from the driver. Where to meet etc. car was clean. There was some sort of cologne or car fragrance-which I unfortunately am sensitive to. We had a 45minute trip. Driver drove safely. All in all good choice to have piece of mind not to have to find bus or cab in new to me country.
