The tour is a good way to see the city. Unfortunately it was very difficult to know where and when pick up times were for each stop and the wait for the next bus was nearly an hour.

The guy who sold the ticket was not helpful to explain where was the first bus stop No audio guide in the bus, it is out of order! I recommend the other company
Driver was terrible. Clearly in a rush to get round (suspect it was before a lunch break). Plus, the open top roof wasn't working...we were told it was broken. As it was sunny and 24 degrees it made it quite uncomfortable.
We had never experienced so few explanations and waiting times on any bus tour before… I would definitely not recommend it.
Do not waste your money Waited over an hour at the stop Called company as live tracking showed all buses together She was very unhelpful would not provide a refund despite us not even getting on the bus
Do not waste your time taking this bus. Such a HUGE waste of money. Very disappointed. We waited almost an hour at a stop in front of the ABBA Museum and it never showed up. We were able to get a taxi to take us to the Royal Opera House. I’ve done a few of these hop on/hop off tours in other countries and never had any issues. Would definitely take the train instead next time we are in Stockholm.
Irregular pick ups had to wait ages - wasted time The headsets did not work so no information about the city Don’t waste your money
It's April. There are only two busses and they basically go one after another in a few minutes internal. So if you hop-off, you either have a barely 15min till the next bus or about an hour or even more. We were waiting for 55min for any bus at all. There is no reasonable time table where you could at least plan your time, just a map where you can see a bus standing still for around 50min (didn't check it before).
We stood waiting for the bus in the cold for ages. The bus approached and a local bus stopped at the bus stop. The hop on hop off bus just drove straight past the stop and left us standing there!!
This bus tour was very disappointing. Some of the audio connectors are broken and the sightseeing audio is out of sync with the bus location. Most frustratingly, it rudely stopped for 40 minutes at a cruise ship terminal!!! They should cater to cruise ship passengers separately. We are still angry about wasting our money & valuable holiday time on this bus tour.
