There was no information where to meet; I reached out and heard from no one-would not recommend and hope I receive a refund, that’s just terrible…
Product and price are not related! Very limited information about the history of the city! Uninteresting drive. Respected driving times.
In May the bus only does 4 circuits, it doesn’t start till 10.30and the last circuit is 4.15 The service stops at lunch for nearly 2 hours. You don’t get many chances to hop off - there are 8 stops, many of which are not really close to any attractions, you then have to wait for up to 90 minutes for the bus to come back to that stop. In May the bus was empty so it is obviously not economical to run a more frequent service. We had a two day pass and did not use the bus on our first day because of the long waiting times and the bus not appearing at scheduled times. The audio was good but lots of long silenced - nothing to say?? The staff were very friendly and polite - good driving and no safety concerns. For the price 32 euro/day I cannot recommend- in fact I would urge you to save your money and use the buses and trams. It may be a better service in peak times in July/August.
We have used these City Sightseeing buses in plenty of other cities and always enjoyed it. This was THE WORST. Do not spend your money in Gothenburg on this. Firstly, it was really hard to find the timetable for the day. We got to the first stop and the bus was there but the driver had the door closed and there was no information about when it would leave. We eventually found the departure time online. We then decided to get off at stop 3 to explore Haga. Using the published timetable, we went back to the stop to wait....and wait.....and wait for another bus in order to complete the tour. We waited an hour, by which time two buses should have come to the stop, according to the online timetable. When we used the live tracker, we couldn't see any buses moving around the route. I have tried to get our money back via email since we got home and to say the service is poor is an understatement. Instead of assuming the customer is right (why would I bother to complain if I had a great time?!), they have instead got into a fight with me, saying that I didn't wait long enough and the timetable isn't accurate and actually the buses operate with an hour frequency blah blah blah. As a result, we won't be using this company again in any city we visit.
Unable to get on any bus due to oversold situation. Was at stop 1 early and first two buses that by were full and never stopped. Suggested to walk to stop 8 were busses started their route. At stop 8 was over 100 people waiting to board and the first three buses came full and only a few people got off each bus. Calculated it would take three hours before we could board at that rate

How can this be a good option to buy a 24 hour ticket when the timetable is valid for 6 hours (10.50-17.00) and in the middle of disappears 1.5 hour also because the driver takes lunch. You only get less than 5 hours but they advertise that you can go for 24 hours. If you take the first trip at 10.50 and then the last at 17.00 you can not go any more because the next trip starts the day after 10.50 and then your 24 hours have passed. This must be a disgrace or extremely bad marketing.
Convenient way to get around. Busses were crowded because of horrible rain storms but plenty of seating in the lower level

Once again it was rainy we did do the entire tour but rain will take alot out of ya I love doing hoho even if I have other excursions you know what your getting into

We had bought tickets for the tour in Gothenburg. The bus would run between 10.30 and 16.00, and the day before, we had tried to find the stops, so we knew where the bus would arrive. At 10:20, we stood at one of the two stops we found, but after 90 minutes, the bus had still not appeared. So we left. Inside their timetable the times had changed. There was also a small group of Germans, who had also been tired of waiting, who also went. At some point we finally see the bus and rush to it. However, it did not run provisionally, as there was a break for 20 minutes. The bus driver had closed the door so we couldn't get into the bus. So we chose to go again and give up coming. This is the first time we have experienced such poor planning, at a Hop on - Hop off bus.
This was one of the worst excursions I have ever taken. Our ticket said the bus tour started at point 1 at 10:30. We arrived at 10:10. The bus didn’t show up until 11:10. At that time it was full. There were no seats available, so no audio was available. We got off at the mall stop. We returned to the pickup point about an hour later only to be told there was no bus service for the next hour as it was a lunch break. The last bus departed at 2:15. This tour was not worth the money. I do not recommend it.
