Begeben Sie sich mit unserem eBike-Abenteuer auf eine aufregende Erkundung der bezaubernden Landschaften von West Cork. Diese brandneue Tour ist eine einzigartige, hügelige Tour, die fast ausschließlich auf Bóithríní verläuft, den engen Landstraßen, die typisch für das ländliche Irland sind. Die ausgeklügelte Federung unserer hochmodernen E-Bikes macht die Bewältigung dieser Steigungen zum Kinderspiel und eröffnet uns die Möglichkeit, das hügelige Gelände wie nie zuvor zu erkunden. Diese aufregende Strecke beginnt und endet im malerischen Fischerdorf Union Hall und schlängelt sich durch das Herz von West Cork bis zu den bezaubernden Ecken von Myross, Leap, Rosscarbery und Glandore. Mit einer Distanz von etwa 40 Kilometern ist unsere E-Bike-Tour eine reizvolle Kombination aus natürlicher Schönheit, reicher Geschichte und kulturellem Erbe. Auf dem Weg nach Leap machen wir Halt bei An Droichidín. Dies ist ein erstaunlicher Steinbogen/Brücke auf dem Weg zum Myross Wood House Die Zeit umfasst ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis zu dieser Haltestelle
Wir machen einen kurzen Halt auf dem sehr stimmungsvollen Kilmacabea Old Graveyard und besprechen einige Geschichten aus der lokalen Folklore. Die Zeit umfasst ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis zu dieser Haltestelle
Wir besuchen das William Thompson-Denkmal und besprechen kurz die erstaunliche Lebensgeschichte des Reformators. Die Zeit umfasst ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis zu dieser Haltestelle
Nach einem aufregenden Abstieg durch ein steiles Tal halten wir am Eingang dieser sehr interessanten Burg, die eine erstaunliche Geschichte hat. Wir besprechen auch den Quäkerfriedhof neben dem Eingang. Die Zeit umfasst ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad dorthin. dieser Halt
Wir machen eine Kaffeepause im lebhaften und farbenfrohen Dorf Rosscarbery in West Cork. Die Zeit umfasst ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis zu dieser Haltestelle
Wir besuchen die wunderschöne Mill Cove und besprechen William Coppingers Pläne für diesen Hafen. Die Zeit umfasst ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis zu dieser Haltestelle
Coppingers Court ist eines der schönsten Beispiele eines elisabethanischen Hauses in der Grafschaft Cork und war auch der Sitz eines berüchtigten Tyrannen Die Zeit umfasst ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis zu dieser Haltestelle

My boyfriend and I went with another (middle-aged and queer) couple on this and had an amazing time. Conor was warm, easygoing, friendly, and a very engaging teacher with excellent storytelling chops. The ride was gorgeous, ranging over farmlands, down little lanes we never would have discovered ourselves, went up and down rolling hills and along the coast, and the bikes made it all easy (and two of us were e-bike first-timers and one of us is not a regular cyclist at all). We learned a lot about Irish history, got a nice workout, saw some lovely countryside (and as a bonus had some delicious treats at the cafe) but most of all just really appreciated Conor's knowledge and generosity of spirit. Highly recommend.
What an adventure we had with Celine! This was an excellent way to see the nooks and crannies of beautiful Leap, Ireland. Celine was an amazing host, filling us in on stories from the past as we rode through trails and hills for four hours. Our teenage sons loved their first e-bike tour and had no problem getting used to the bikes. You do need to have a good level of fitness as the hills can be a bit strenuous at times, even with the e-bike. I highly recommend this experience. It was absolutely amazing, and we are still talking about it!
Our family ended up having our own eBike adventure with the lovely Conor. He was a wonderful story teller, very knowledgeable about the rich Irish history, and even managed to get me a jacket from a local coffee shop to borrow as it was cold! This is truly a beautiful way to see and feel the culture. Can’t get it in a car. Would do again and again! Thank you Conor!!

A MUST DO if you're travelling around County Cork - worth stopping into Union Hall just for this. We did the 40km eBike tour and were blown away by the beauty of the local area and Conor's incredible knowledge of local history and folklore, all told with a big dose of Irish charm. The ebikes are top notch - making even the steepest hills manageable. You can adjust the boost to give yourself a bit of a workout or effortlessly glide along as you fancy. This was a real highlight of our week sailing around County Cork - don't miss out. For the best experience, make sure to add on the Bioluminescence swim tour. It's the BEST way to experience this magical phenomenon - sparkles galore, warm wetsuits and a gorgeous smoke fire fire to warm your body while the Irish stories warm your soul. A wonderful adventure I’ve been coming to rosscarbery for 34 years I’ve seen places with this tour I had never seen before Conor is a fountain of knowledge and a great tour leader 100/ per cent recommend this activity if u have a few days to spare
Conor was a fantastic host for our eBike adventure through West Cork. Conor is a wonderful storyteller that brought every site to life with the lore from the area. The eBikes were high quality and kept in excellent condition and we felt safe throughout. My husband and I completely enjoyed our adventure and meeting the other guests as well.

Celine was wonderful! This was a must do in cork county! The best way to see the countryside and the small fishing village.
Our guide Conor took great care of our safety and comfort as we cycled between each site on this impeccably curated tour. We hadn't anticipated the extent of the enjoyment, value & learning. Added to which was good humour, informed commentary and a much appreciated complimentary coffee (tea is an option!) at the halfway stage.
