MCC steht für Method Cap Classique und wird wie in Frankreich zur Methode Champenoise gemacht. Wir können es nicht Champagne nach den französischen Gesetzen nennen. Der Fokus der Tour wird auf sprudelnden, delikaten Weinstilen liegen. Probieren Sie das beste MCC mit einem Tag voller Blasen und voller Spaß!

Sie haben 3 MCC Bubbly's zu probieren und eine Auswahl an Weinen. Die Route unterscheidet sich von Tour zu Tour. Dies ist jedoch eine empfohlene Route für eine STB-basierte Sparkling Sensation-Tour.
Simonsig produzierte das erste MCC in Südafrika namens Kaapse Vonkel. Wir probieren hier manchmal, die Route unterscheidet sich jedes Mal, wenn wir die Tour machen. Verkostung auf eigene Kosten.
Nougat- und MCC-Paarung. 4 Bubbly's gepaart mit 4 Nougats. Ein Kellerbesuch und die Herstellung von MCC sind ebenfalls enthalten. Dies ist eine fantastische Möglichkeit, den Tag mit etwas Süßem und etwas Sekt ausklingen zu lassen oder zu beginnen!!! Nur Montag bis Samstag verfügbar. Verkostung und Paarung auf eigene Rechnung des Gastes.
Wir buchen hier oft ein Mittagessen auf diesem wunderschönen Anwesen mit Architektur im kapholländischen Stil. Sie produzieren auch ihr eigenes MCC, das jedoch nicht zum Probieren, sondern nur zum Kaufen gedacht ist. Die Mittagsgerichte sind unterschiedlich und manchmal findet man sie woanders. Bitte seien Sie flexibel, wenn Sie diese Tour buchen. Mittagessen ausgeschlossen und auf Rechnung der Gäste.

I cannot express enough wonderful things to say about our day wine tasting with Jan. Having someone with such an incredible background and history in wine making made the experience better than I could’ve asked for! His insight, stories and professionalism were wonderful. He as well gave us insight into many local facts of the area and provided wonderful company throughout the day. Villera winery stole the show and was incredible! We as well had lunch at Kleine Zalze before the tasting and the food was extremely good!!!

Enjoyed the experience immensely. Felt taken care of, as my guide took me on a private charter tour. There were unavoidable changes to my travel; however, the company was responsive and accommodated. Definitely recommend.
Guide had a lot of wine industry knowledge but hadn’t visited any of the wineries recently and this wasn’t super knowledgeable about the bubbles we were trying which detracted from the experience.
What an excellent day tour - A big thank you goes to Louis and the team at Camino. We arranged our trip whilst in country. A full day being collected from and dropped back to our Cape Town hotel. The day was really relaxing, spent with Louis a really friendly and knowledge guide, we visited 5 wineries, 4 for tasting and one for lunch, plus an extra stop as the grapes were still being picked to see if we could see the process in action. The wine tasting was great, but the people we met at the chosen wineries were fascinating and very interesting and passionate about what they do. At the end of the day we felt as well as enjoying the wine and having a great day, we had learnt more than expected about the growing process, soil types and the different process for the production and fermenting of sparkling wine.
