Our driver, Tomas, reached out the night before to introduce himself, confirm pickup details and let us know the vehicle he would be driving. He was at the port and ready to go by the time we left the ship. The car was comfortable for the long drive. He had water available for our use and got us to the hotel without any additional fuss.

Excellent service! Had a very comfortable ride in a beautiful Mercedes. Excellent communication before with Krystian who promptly answered any questions, and made sure details were confirmed. Most relaxing, comfortable way to get from cruise port to Heathrow. Our driver Krystian was fantastic. He texted us the morning of our pickup and arranged a very simple meet up. We had some extra time before our flight, so he took us on a wonderful little walking tour of Winchester.
