Das Ganze spielt sich in der Villa meiner Großmutter mit Meerblick ab, in der wir seit meiner Geburt zusammenleben. Sind Sie bereit, die einzigartigen Aromen der lokalen Küche zu entdecken, die mir meine Großmutter vermittelt hat, und dabei unseren traditionellen italienischen Lebensstil kennenzulernen? Der Kurs ist praxisorientiert, und Sie können wertvolle Kochkenntnisse und Tipps erwerben. Hier sind Sie sowohl Koch als auch Gast und lernen, die Spezialitäten unserer Küche zuzubereiten, die mir meine Großmutter überliefert hat! Sie lernen neue Kochtechniken kennen, die Sie von Grund auf erlernen und zu Hause ganz einfach nachkochen können, zum Beispiel die Zubereitung von Gnocchi, Auberginen-Parmesan und dem typischen Tiramisu. Sie tauchen in einer geselligen Atmosphäre inmitten von Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen ganz in den italienischen Lebensstil ein, und ich zeige Ihnen auch, wie wir Olivenöl und Limoncello herstellen. Mein Ziel ist es, dass euch diese Erfahrung nicht nur im Gedächtnis, sondern vor allem im Herzen bleibt!

This was a wildly enjoyable experience! I attended with my sister (26 & 24) and we had such a blast in a group of ~30 participants that evening. The food was delicious, the hosts were so hospitable, and the views from their home were magical! It was so amazing to create our favorite dishes (Gnocchi and Tiramisu) and also try out a new favorite, eggplant parmesan! What a wonderful way to connect with the culture while having such a blast. I would highly recommend attending this course while you are in Sorrento, and expect to have lots of wine, cooking, and FUN! This is also a great activity for any age, as there was a wide range of attendees (from ~10-60 years old); super approachable and accessible activity for all! Very immersive and collaborative too.
This was our favorite experience. The food was incredible, the cooking experience was so much fun and we truly didn't stop laughing. I can't recommend Christiano and his mother Theresa enough. This is a MUST if you're visiting the area. I will most certainly be back at some point.

Incredible experience. They picked us up at the hotel and took us to the place that's beautiful. It's all super lively and careful. It was a wonderful experience on our honeymoon. The group was very cool! Cristiano is wonderful!
