What should have been a 6 hr experience including pick up, tops, took 10 hours round trip. Toilet facilities at first stop for women- dirty/ broken. Waiting one hr before 20 min dune bashing. Surrounds dirty. Little communication throughout. We booked sunset experience but sunset occurred while in a car going to dinner venue. Car park was grid lock going in and transfer to another vehicle to get to venue. Show itself and dinner was good with staff pleasant - trying to make a living. Show concluded at 8.15 and we sat waiting for car park to clear to get out for another 2 hrs. Very little communication as to what was happening until one driver showed us a photo of the grid locked car park. Felt very sorry for those with young children. How an advertised “ must do desert activity”can run with such poor roads, facities, car parking is astounding. Dubai can build a “ palm on the water”. - sorry to say sort out your desert adventure. Could not recommend at all.

We went with Alam, and he was absolutely amazing! He wont let anybody scam you. the service here is truly excellent. Make sure to ask for the premium package, it’s definitely worth the money. You’ll enjoy a delicious and extensive buffet that’s really impressive. And the activiteis, only we did not like the first activity in the car. Bring cash with you and before you pay ask your driver first if it is a good price. They had firework and people with fire act, it was really nice Alam thank you again.

the best! this is the second time I've gone with them, I didn't think an experience with a 2.5 year old and a 6 year old could be so successful. I was pleasantly impressed by the new location, the top cars, Mr. Tahir, who picked us up from the hotel, was so kind and attentive throughout the experience, and Mr. Alam, I can honestly say, is the best off-road driver. there are many desert experiences listed. but I can honestly say that you should choose this one. it makes a difference!
