Creating a safe, comfortable experience for younger guests is important to us, and it means a great deal to know that his care and patience helped her enjoy swimming with the sea turtles, rays, and nurse sharks. Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re very sorry for the delayed pickup and understand how frustrating that can be—this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. This was a peak busy day and one of our vans broke down and that caused a huge backlog of pickup. And yes, on this peak day we were fully booked so the boats were full. I am happy that when we finally got you into the water you had a great snorkeling experience. For lunch we serve a traditional genuine Belizean lunch which usually gets excellent reviews with guests sometimes posting photos of their lunch at the caye. We try to cater to individual dietary requirements such as vegetarian, gluten free, etc when guests book iwth us. That said, we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the snorkeling itself and that your guide in the water helped make the experience worthwhile, with sightings of fish, sharks, stingrays, and turtles. Belize truly is special, and we’re happy that its beauty and friendly people still shone through during your visit.
