Der Rheinfall ist eine der berühmtesten Naturattraktionen der Schweiz. Er liegt in der Nähe der Stadt Schaffhausen und ist gemessen an der Wassermenge der größte Wasserfall Europas. Der Rheinfall befindet sich an einem Abschnitt des Rheins, der als Hochrhein bekannt ist. Hier stürzt das Wasser in Kaskaden auf ein niedrigeres Niveau und bildet den malerischen Rheinfall. Der Wasserfall besteht nur aus einem einzigen Fall, ist mit einer Breite von 150 Metern und einer Höhe von 23 Metern jedoch beeindruckend groß. Besucher sind von der schieren Kraft des Rheinfalls überwältigt, insbesondere im Sommer, wenn das Wasser mit einer beeindruckenden Geschwindigkeit von 600.000 Litern pro Sekunde fließt. Sie haben verschiedene Plattformen, um ihn von verschiedenen Seiten zu erkunden, und Sie können eventuell auch eine Kreuzfahrt hinzufügen, um den Wasserfall zu überqueren.

We were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgable guide from Keytours. The journey was short and there is no need to take a boat to actually see the falls. You will go down a lot of steps and get great pictures. However there’s optional boat rides. We took a 30 mins boat which was fabulous and took us into the German border but it lasted a little longer than we expected and so we didn’t then get to visit museum and shop before getting back on coach so plan wisely. The 15 min trip might be better.

This scenic views to and from the falls are beautiful, and the Falls themselves are breathtaking! You have two hours of free time to enjoy the falls, and the round trip transportation allows you to come back with plenty of daylight left to enjoy!

This was a very easy excursion. We had an afternoon free in Zürich and we were staying at the Marriot The bus station was easy to find and was a short walk. The driver was friendly. At the Rhein Falls, he gave us the lay of the land and the meet-up time. When we got there, I thought two hours was a bit much but at the end I wish we had another hour to poke around.

I misunderstood where to meet, was at the bus station, tried asking the bus station office and another bus driver; messaged the tour operator and never heard from them until Viator contacted them. They refused to switch my trip to the next morning where they had openings. I was there early, waited, tried to contact but was told, "too bad. You were a no show." I am so upset, with reaching out before the us even left the lot that they showed zero compassion for a tourist trying to experience Switzerland on my own. I work for the public, and find their response unacceptable since I tried to reach out; people misunderstand, and their lack of trying to give me the benefit of the doubt is poor business and not what tourism should be about. What a poor business model when working in tourism. Punishing people that try to figure out the logistics and reaching out is not okay.

The bus had clear signage at the front, our guides were wearing Keytours uniforms, and there was a seat available for you. We understand that meeting points can sometimes be confusing, but our team was present and identifiable. We also received no successful communication from you before departure that would have allowed us to assist you at the time. We regret that you missed the tour and are sorry you were disappointed with the outcome.

A truly fantastic experience. The bus driver was our tour guide and helped us with information about the falls along the way. The pictures in the add for the tour could never do it justice. We we metres away from thousands of litres of water cascading over the falls!

The falls are worth taking a half day to visit. Only improvement is the tour operator needs signage and/or someone in the parking lot to direct you to the appropriate bus. There numerous buses/tour operators in the parking lot with tour guides available to direct customers to their bus.
