Ihr Erlebnis beginnt mit der Abholung vom Hotel in New Orleans. Reisen Sie entlang des Flusses, um Ihr Ziel in den Sümpfen zu erreichen.
Auf dieser Tour erleben Sie das Beste aus beiden Welten: eine Sumpftour und eine Fahrt mit einem Luftkissenboot. Sie fahren mit hoher Geschwindigkeit im Luftkissenboot, werden dann langsamer und halten für Fotos an. Unterwegs erhalten Sie eine persönliche Führung durch Ihren örtlichen Kapitän. Diese Luftkissenboote haben Stadionsitze, sodass die Person vor Ihnen Ihre Sicht nicht behindert. Jeder Sitzplatz ist ideal, um die Tierwelt zu beobachten. Ja, Alligatoren kommen nah heran – wirklich nah! Alligatoren halten in den kälteren Monaten Winterschlaf, aber die erfahrenen Kapitäne wissen, wo sie nach ihnen suchen müssen. Im Winter haben Sie im Durchschnitt eine Chance von über 50/50, einen Alligator zu sehen. In den wärmeren Monaten werden Sie immer einen Alligator sehen. Sie können auch Weißkopfseeadler, Pelikane, Fischadler oder Eulen sehen. Luftkissenboote erreichen Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu 35 Meilen pro Stunde und werden von einem riesigen Ventilator angetrieben, der Luft mit über 200 Meilen pro Stunde aus dem hinteren Teil des Bootes bläst. Diese Touren sind wirklich ein Knaller! Sie fahren durch zentimetertiefes Wasser und gelangen an Orte, die mit herkömmlichen Booten nicht erreichbar sind.

**Sie müssen sich vor Ihrem Standort am Anfang des Abholfensters befinden, sonst wird der Bus gezwungen zu fahren.** Für Abholungen gibt es ein 30-minütiges Zeitfenster. Bitte halten Sie Ausschau nach einem Bus, auf dem Alert Transportation steht. 8:00 Uhr wird die Abholung irgendwann zwischen 8:00 Uhr und etwa 8:30 Uhr erfolgen. 10 : 20 Uhr wird die Abholung irgendwann zwischen 10 : 20 Uhr und etwa 10 : 50 Uhr erfolgen. 12 : 30 Uhr Abholung wird irgendwann zwischen 12 : 30 Uhr und etwa 13 : 00 Uhr sein. 15:00 Uhr Abholung (saisonal) wird irgendwann zwischen 15:00 Uhr und ca. 15:30 Uhr sein.

Amazing! We saw so many alligators! The guide was extremely knowledgeable and interacted with the gators.
I can not recommend enough! They make it so easy with hotel pickups in nice a/c buses and extremely knowledgeable tour guides. Our guide Ian, was excellent. My one reminder: Do not forget cash to tip the guides, they seriously deserve it!!! We booked at tour in the afternoon, after our work event was finished, and we had such a good time.
The pickup in the very comfortable bus was seamless and coordination at the location was very easy. We went on a small boat, which I’d highly recommend because it allowed everyone in our 5 person group easy access to visibility of the swamp areas and most importantly the alligators. It also allowed for lots of questions to be asked and answered of the guide. With respect to the guide, he was awesome. He had a ton of knowledge about the swamps, river and marshes. He gave local knowledge about what’s happening to the erosion of the land and had great knowledge of the animals and fauna in the area. We boated up to 1 specific alligator who we spent 15 minutes with learning all about him and his relatives while the guide fed him. An amazing experience in itself. We saw a few other alligators afterwards as well. The 1hr 40min trip was the perfect amount of time, and the boat was a ton of fun to go fast in with very little bouncing on waves. Sitting in front, we did hit one wave at the end where a few of us got wet but that made it all the more fun. Truly a great adventure!

I am extremely disappointed with both this tour company and its customer service. Unfortunately, I became violently ill on the day of the tour and was physically unable to attend. I contacted the company as soon as I could, hoping they would show some compassion given the circumstances. Instead, I was met with a blanket refusal to offer any refund or credit because I was within the 24-hour cancellation period. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but exceptional circumstances such as genuine illness should be handled with a degree of empathy and discretion. Losing the full cost of the tour while being seriously unwell felt incredibly unfair, especially when I had no choice but to cancel. What disappointed me most wasn’t just the financial loss—it was the complete lack of compassion. The response was impersonal and offered no attempt to help, despite the situation being entirely beyond my control. Based on my experience, I would think twice before booking with this company. Customer service is tested when things go wrong, and unfortunately, they failed that test.

That said, our cancellation policy is clearly provided at the time of booking, and by completing the purchase, guests agree to those terms. The policy requires cancellations to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour in order to qualify for a refund or credit. Unfortunately, cancellations made within that 24-hour period are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy is not intended to be punitive or lacking in compassion. It exists because our tours require advance staffing, reservations, and other arrangements that cannot necessarily be recovered when a cancellation occurs at the last minute. Making exceptions on a case-by-case basis would also make it difficult to apply the policy consistently and fairly to all of our guests. We understand that being unable to attend due to illness is frustrating, and we are genuinely sorry that you were in that position. However, because the cancellation occurred within the stated 24-hour period, we were required to apply the same policy that was agreed to when the booking was made. We value our customers and take feedback about our service seriously. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we do believe it is important to honor the terms that are clearly communicated and accepted at the time of purchase.
Great experience. Well organised from a timely pickup to the actual boat trip to drop off. Great service and fair ticket price. Our guide, Bobby, made our trip. He went above and beyond what I’d expect are the usual requirements from a guide. His passion shone through, he was very knowledgeable and added humour to our trip. Especially enjoyed how he treated the wild animals like his buddies but treated them with respect. Kissing the raccoon was particularly funny! Highly recommend. Thankyou.

we have done many swamp tours around the country this was the best and we saw so many alligators. Our tour guy was the best, his name was like Bebop or something like that. Money well spent.
