Fantastic walk. Even without much snow, the park has artificial snow and lots of entertainment for the family.Our guide Sebastian, from Turistik, was very attentive and helpful, which made the walk more peaceful and fruitful.

We had an amazing experience!! We visited El Colorado and had a semi class!! The instructor Martin, was very receptive and very attentive from beginning to end, along with the driver Marcelo who was super careful during the trip!! Thank you vcs!!

Very good experience fulfilled all combined and contracted, punctual and safe, highlight to guide Gabriel, very friendly and attentive to everyone, very clear in the information and answering questions of everyone in the van, so that everyone had a great day. No bureaucracy to pick up clothes at the rental, priority entrance to the park and no queues, easy to pick up equipment, everything very simplified by the agency and explained by the guide every step. Just enjoy the day in the snow without worrying. Still had a voucher where we can choose tea or coffee in the park. ❤️

I describe what happened: - On Friday 08-August we contracted with our family this package. Returning after the trip we returned the clothes we had rented. When we arrived at the hotel (15 min later) we realized that we had left a couple of personal items in a pair of clothes that we returned. Upon realizing it immediately my wife contacted the WhatsApp of the website to ask for the address of the place where we left the clothes, however, they did not want to give us the address despite requesting it several times, they just said they would manage the search with the information we had provided. - The next day they answered that they found nothing, however we did know that it was there because on the bus we verified it so that we do not lose it, however, we forgot to remove them at the time of delivery of the garments. >>> The result: 1. The family trip that should end well ended with my lost daughter’s watch with her photos of the family trip and added the souvenir she had been taking care of for her best friend. These personal items have a sentimental value for my very important daughter...who finally also cried over what happened and did not know how to explain that we could not recover it. 2. When talking to another guide we were told that these things happen all the time with tourists because they never get anything back. >>> Attention: 1. Avoid hiring this Enterprise for being dishonest. 2. If you finally hire this Enterprise and you forget something... you've already lost it... they'll never give it back to you. 3. The Service of our guide Matias was spectacular, but the problem does not come from there, but from the Customer Service Operator and the dishonest snowsuit rental staff that we know only work with Turistik.
