Skakavac-Wasserfall-Mountainbike-Tour ab Sarajevo MTB

Wir machen uns auf den Weg zu einem ganztägigen MTB-Ausflug zum höchsten Wasserfall Bosnien und Herzegowinas mit einer Höhe von 98 Metern. Wir werden rund 10 Kilometer auf Asphalt bergauf fahren. Danach erreichen wir die Schotterstraße auf dem Berg Čavljak und radeln weitere 7 Kilometer auf der Schotterstraße. Die Straße führt größtenteils bergauf, es gibt aber auch einige flache und kurze Gefälleabschnitte. Aber nach all dem Klettern muss es bergab gehen! Abhängig von Ihrem Fahrstil und Ihren Wünschen können wir zwischen einer Schotterstraße und einem Singletrail wählen. Nach diesem etwa 7 Kilometer langen Abstieg erreichen wir von oben den Skakavac-Wasserfall. Am Fuße des Wasserfalls werden wir unser Picknick-Mittagessen einnehmen. Wenn wir mit dem Essen fertig sind, sind wir bereit, alle Anstrengungen zu unternehmen und die nächsten 5 Kilometer einen Anstieg und ein Flachstück zu fahren. Die Gesamtstrecke beträgt etwa 32 Kilometer mit einem Höhenunterschied von 1.374 Metern.

I was the only person booked in that day, so I got a solo tour. Although it was raining (so not ideal weather) I still got a decent view of the waterfall (top and bottom), the lunch was tasty and the ride was certainly a good work out. My guide Suno was very patient and let me set the pace.
A really fun and exciting outing to see some beautiful mountain sights. It was our first time Mountain biking and Loren did a great job situating us, telling about the region and helping us have a great time. He went above and beyond and even took nice photos for us. I would highly recommend getting the van to the mountain if you're not an experienced mountain biker, it's very steep.

I had a great mountain bike tour to Skakavac watefall with Kamer today. The ride up from Sarajevo was a good challenge and it offered great views of the city. Skakavac is an impressive sight and was a lovely stop for a tasty traditional lunch. Kamer tailored the route to suite my (limited) technical ability and fitness. He's also a thoroughly nice chap and it was enjoyable to watch him play on the trails on the way down. Thanks Torus Tours!

Wonderful and quite tough MTB ride through the forest. Not been to waterfall, but to a nice vantage point where we had lunch. Good bikes, nice lunch and nice guide. Also possible with e-bike. For my wife the perfect outcome so we could still cycle together.

A truly unique experience in Bosnian nature with a fantastic guide. This tour is certainly challenging as there is a fair amount of up hill riding, so I would recommend to do this if you have experience in mountain biking or you like pushing yourself. The scenery throughout was amazing with the waterfall being the main event… it did not disappoint! I would highly recommend this tour and this tour company. I will certainly be back to do more of their experiences!

I went for the Mountain Bike tour to the Skakavac waterfall and it was an amazing experience. The tour guide is really down to earth and very patient for beginners like me. It's an amazing tour with beautiful views all around. Lunch was really good. Definitely would recommend this tour for solo travelers or just in general

What an amazing expiriance. If you are looking for a chalnge you will be rewarded with spectaculare wiews, unik nature and sence of pride for acomplishment. Dont worry, your guide Kemer have plan B and plan C if you by anu chanse find it too chanaging.
