I bought a guided tour in Spanish with tickets. We arrived and the guide did not speak Spanish. He told us to go in and to arrange with Viator for the refund of the money - cost of the tour minus the tickets. We are still in discussions to see if they will refund our money for the delay, inconvenience, and because we entered without a guide as we requested.

My family and I had an awesome tour of the Quinta do Regaleria and the National Palace. Our guide, Beatrix, was very knowledgeable and provided great insight into the history of both historical places. She has an obvious passion for the history of Portugal which was contagious. We had a wonderful time walking and learning about the “sometimes naughty behavior” of the Royal family. This tour and tour guide are both highly recommended.
My wife and I were delighted! Sintra is magical and reminds me of one of my favorite video games. The witcher 3, the attention on Raquel's part was impeccable, certainly totally worth the experience. We're very happy, Brigadier!

We wanted to do a walking tour in Setubal, and we have decided to do a walking tour by the river with a pic-nic at the end. Our guide was Rachel, a very nice, enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, born and raised in the city! We had a wonderfull time with her, the pic-nic was delicious, and the view the most beautiful.
