Had a fantastic evening with our guide Magdalene, she was very knowledgeable about the history of Singapore, the culture and every day life for citizens. We started at the Singapore Flyer and F1 Pit Stop Building, followed by Merlion Park. Next we stopped at Satay Street by La Pau Sat and got to try some of Singapore’s famous satay skewers, with some free time after to wander the market. We then went to the Garden Rhapsody show at Gardens by the Bay before finishing our evening with the river cruise to see the Spectra Light Show from the water which was phenomenal! Magdalene gave me great recommendations for other things to see and do while I was visiting, I would highly recommend!
This is a must do when visiting Singapore. If you are lucky enough to have Chris as your guide your experience will be extra special. He was very informative and had good humour. The light shows were spectacular and the viewings from the boat made seeing the water show great with uninterrupted sights. I would highly recommend this tour. It is great value and very well run.
John was so attentive and a master photographer! He shared so much knowledge and made sure we were comfortable and had a really good time. Such a great way to see so much in a short time. Make sure you wear your walking shoes! ☺️
Was amazing so well ran and Maggie out tour guide was very organised with time restraints. She was very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. The best part is we watched the light show from the boat in the river with the best view.
This experience is definitely great value for money. Many different sights seen with the light show at the Gardens by the sea, the cityscape from the Cruise and the laser fountain show all highlights. The pick up and return to the hotel was an added bonus. I took so many photos my phone ran out of charge. Our guide Chris was friendly, engaged and knowledgeable providing insights into both Singapore’s history, growth and development and present day situation.
Well worth it to experience many things in one night
We really enjoyed our tour guide Ray. He was very informative and very helpful with our person who couldn’t walk very well. He took us places we didn’t know was on the tour, so that was very nice to see.
Fabulous experience. Our guide, Ray, was outstanding. Ray gave us an insight into traditional food, what life is really like for locals and practicalities of living in Singapore. We were taken to Shenton Lane where we witnessed a busy street be closed off and transformed into a huge street food market with hundreds of tables and chairs within 11 minutes. This is a nightly ritual and the speciality on offer is Satay. Next stop was the Merlion Park then the Bay Garden Rhapsody, a spectacular light show in the Super Trees, choreographed to music. The other highlight was A Singapore River boat cruise that took in the Marina Bay Sands Spectra light show. From start to finish the tour exceeded our expectations.
Timing was perfect for each thing along the tour. Quick in and out for light show, missed all the traffic and had a great little area for us to watch. On the boat, it stopped so we could watch the entire water light show. Many boats just went on by. Would highly recommend! Tour guide was fabulous!
A Fantastic Night Out in Singapore! If you’re stuck in Singapore during a transit and trying to figure out what to do, this guided tour is a great choice. We were so glad we picked this over the free airline tour; it was definitely money well spent! The experience was a perfect mix of relaxing and sightseeing. We enjoyed a beautiful river cruise during sunset, watching the city start to glow as the sun went down. Afterward, we headed over by bus to catch the Garden Rhapsody and Spectra light shows, which were absolutely spectacular to see in person. The best part of the tour, though, was our guide, Don. He was so much fun and really made the evening entertaining. He’s clearly very knowledgeable about Singapore, but he keeps things light, funny, and easy to follow. He even shared some of his secret spots for the best views and offered to drop us off at Lau Pa Sat for some dinner afterward, which was such a nice touch. If you want a relaxed, beautiful, and well-guided way to spend a few hours in Singapore, definitely book this. Don is a legend and made the whole experience extra special!
