We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience and the difficulty you faced accessing your tickets. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait at the venue, face issues opening the ticket, and then have to purchase four new tickets while trying to get support. To help us investigate this matter further, please kindly share your booking reference number with us. Once we receive it, our team will review the booking details and check what happened with the ticket access and support response. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, additional expense, and time lost during your visit. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
A wonderful experiencee with stuning city views. The ride were smooth, comfortable, and well organized. The VIP option made it feel extra special. Highly recomended! thanks.
Unfortunately, the organizer cancelled the tour about 24 hours before the date and despite questioning without giving reasons. We took the flyer on the same day and would even have got tickets for our booked tour. Poor service and bad feedback! Not recommended!!!
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Unfortunately, due to operational or supplier-side issues, some bookings may need to be cancelled unexpectedly, even after confirmation. In such cases, we always try to inform guests as quickly as possible. We understand your frustration, especially as you were still able to visit the attraction separately. Please accept our sincere apologies for the experience and for any lack of clear communication. Your feedback is important to us and will help improve our service.
