Singapur City Lights 1 Stunde Open Top Nacht Tour

Interesting tour , we were placed on a tour with a bus full of Korean tourists. With 5 people speaking English . They put a Korean tour guide and the wonderful Kelly as the English tour guide. They were meant to share the microphone. The Korean guide dominated the whole tour and barely gave Kelly the chance to speak . The Korean guide was extremely rude to a Kelly saying we need to share when she talked non stop !!!! For an hour . She gave no consideration to the other guests on the tour as she spoke at 100 miles an hour in Korean . Kelly was so lovely and helpful it was sad to see her treated so poorly. Not something you expect on a tour . After an hour , Kelly organised for another bus to take the 5 of us on a personal tour.which we really appreciated. It was a shame as the other guide left a real sour taste , but we don’t wish to take away from what Kelly did as she was wonderful and very informative. I hope the company considers this in the future. Ps we didn’t mind being with other Nationalities, it was more the dominance and rudeness of the guide , who obviously didn’t want English speaking people on the tour .

Might be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a tour company. I booked 2 tickets for the 13th of Jan through their website. They then called me up the next day saying that no tours were available on the 13th (then why make it available on the website?). They then asked me if they can move my tour to end of next week. I told them I couldn’t as I was flying out of Singapore Monday 17th. They said ok, they’ll then refund me the money. It’s been more than a month since then and I’m still yet to receive a simple refund for 2 tickets. This is after multiple emails and phone calls. Each time they said they would give me an update soon, I wouldn’t hear anything from them until I chased them up a week or two later. Save yourself the time and money. Don’t book through them.

Complete waste of valuable time in Singapore. You are told tom attend an office in Marina Square for pickup then driven to the light show in the park {which is free to attend!!} then driven to China town to get on a boat ride which is worth $5 and the guide abandons you there. Complete disaster and waste of valuable time and money.

A waste of time & money. Tour guide was rude, rushed everywhere and allowed littel time to enjoy sights as she constantly babbled on about nothing e.g. China Town is called China Town because its China Town. it was pouring rain.. not companys fault but guide kept tellimg people if you have rain coat just go up stairs and sit down. finally got to river cruise but couldnt take anymore rudeness...... Tried to ask questions about cruised but could not answer she just rushed off. Go with another company.

Very unorganised you get rushed around told when you can and can’t use the bathroom, the bus speakers were obviously very old and you couldn’t hear a thing. We paid an extra $21 each for meal vouchers which only had the value of $5 and we were told we had to go there ourselves another day. To finish the trip we went to hop on the boat and the guide left and told us taxi stands were not far away and just took off in the bus. Do not waste your time and money on this tour!!!

Guide was completely useless (Agness i think), nearly left with out us and couldnt care less if she lost people along the way (and did). Light show was rubbish and werent able to redeem food vouchers at china town as we were told we were not stopping, so instead was given 10 mins to go to McDonalds at the gardens....very authentic Singapore! best bit was the river cruise we she didnt accompany us on, had already gone home by then !!! dont waste your time and money.

One of an experience of a lifetime for me sitting on an open-top bus and exploring a completely new City. Just loved Singapore.

We didn't do this trip at night but did a sightseeing trip during the day which was very nice, loved Singapore as it is so clean and the way in from the airport is very well looked after with its gardens everywhere>

Didn’t make the most of the tour as it rained and we were very tired. The guide was very good, and was concerned that we pulled out of the excursion. Good company to deal with as they swapped our night meal vouchers for ones we could use at the airport next morning.

The super trees and the river were lovely to see but the tour was not that great. The guide was really nice but the bus and boat script (tourist explanations) were very touristy (cheesy and repetitive). Ok if it’s your first night in Singapore but not great value.
