I had a wonderful experience at the lounge. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. Rather disappointing for the price. Booked a 5 hour stay because I figured I’d get some work done before my flight. The lounge is relatively well furnished, though the booths don’t appear to get cleaned regularly/well. Food remains were found on the floor and drink stains on the table surface. There also are no international power sockets, and USB outlets USB-A. So if you want to use a laptop, be sure to have a travel adapter with sufficient wattage (which I didn’t). The food and drink options are fine, though when an item is ordered, the customer gets a beeper to notify them when their order is done. And damn are the things loud. The entire space is quite noisy too, with sounds of people eating, talking loudly, children yelling, etc. The WiFi speeds are a dreadfully slow 4.5mbps down and 1.7mbps down, which means you’re better off using the free airport wifi (which is around 140mbps up/down). I think all in all, if the goal is to get some work done, you’re better off finding one of the many quiet sitting areas elsewhere in the airport. They’re cleaner, more quiet, have fast wifi, and have international power sockets.

Tony's service is thoughtful and feels at home. It's a little crowded this afternoon, but there are still places. The buffet is a bit light, about four courses, with fixed Laksa and Hainan chicken, and a vegetarian pasta.

This was a wonderful experience in the lounge. High class amenities, lovely food and a great time. Speciffically Uncle Tony who was 75 years old made my day. His charismatic, upbeat and positive attitude made us all estatic even at midnight. Uncle Tony will forever reside in my memory of this trip. When I think Singapore 2026 I will always think of precious Uncle Tony who although how he was feeling brought an upbeat and sunny attitude into my life.
