Very friendly and helpful service!! I was unable to take my bus on the planned date due to sickness but they offered to postpone my departure date by a few days. I’m so thankful! Would recommend.

Do not book this. Go with ibis or Viet. This service is terrible. The booking claims that you will get water and help at the border, neither of these are true! The van driver didn't speak one word to us. The bus was a minivan and packed, very uncomfortable and hot. The road is really bumpy so if you are in the rear it is backbreaking. We also switched vehicles an hour from the border, no one told us what we were doing there or which vehicle to switch to. We were only supposed to be there 14 minutes but we're there over half an hour. We were then piled into an even smaller van, all the luggage was stacked in front of me and I literally had no where to put my legs. The driver also didn't have gas and had to go to the gas station. He left us in the van there with no AC for almost 30 minutes as he didn't have enough money to pay for the gas he just bought. We thought we were going to die of the heat. You wouldn't leave your dog in such conditions but they left 7 people like this. We finally got to the border and hour and half late and still had to continue on to Don Det. There are much better bus services in the area, stay away at all costs!!

I had a satisfactory experience with this operator. The most notable service is that they're always helpful when it comes to missing the bus and contacting operators between countries. To be honest, I used their service twice (Siem Reap-Pakse-Siem Reap) and I missed the buses twice, but they always manage to get me into the next bus, which was only 8 minutes wait, or when I miss the bus in Pakse, the operator they worked together with in Laos booked me a taxi for free to catch up with the bus back to Siem Reap. When I arrived in Siem Reap, the service includes free tuktuk ride to my accommodation and greeted me personally for using their service. Price was okay, crowd size was okay on the days I travel. Generally speaking, I think it's reasonable for travelers to try dedicating the arrival day with bus just to travel, to anticipate tentative schedules. It's not at the airport where regulations and schedules are stricter. With minivans/minibuses, it's common cases where the vehicles need to stop when a passenger want to throw up, use toilets, or even in sudden need of food which could affect everyone's expectations of arrival time. On apps the arrival times are also commonly wrote as 'estimated'. So far, very recommended to use Garuda's service when traveling Cambodia & its neighboring countries.

We slept really well. Unfortunately, we had a problem because I didn't read the email saying that the bus would arrive two hours earlier. We arrived at the previously scheduled time. We were helped immediately and managed to catch all our flights the next day. The staff were really nice and friendly. It often seems chaotic, but everyone knows what they have to do.

Excellent bus company in siem reap , our driver he was helpful and friendly , he was a good people, stoped at a local restaurant where we had Khmer food 🍲 lunch . It was not expensive $3.50 , coke$1 . Wonderful driver Thank you 🙏🏻 for your arrangements Recommend TOP
