Dieser Workshop bietet ein voll praktisches und immersives Erlebnis rund um kambodschanische Schokolade. Die Teilnehmer sehen nicht nur zu oder schmecken – sie kreieren von Anfang bis Ende ihren eigenen personalisierten Schokoladenriegel, der von professionellen Chocolatiers geführt wird. Die Schokolade wird aus lokal angebautem kambodschanischen Kakao hergestellt und mit authentischen lokalen Zutaten wie Kampot Pfeffer, Kep Meersalz und Mondulkiri Cashews angepasst. Jeder Gast geht mit einem einzigartigen Schokoladenriegel, zusammen mit einem tieferen Verständnis der handwerklichen Schokoladenherstellung und kambodschanischen Handwerkskunst – ein kreatives, authentisches und unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Very nice discovery for chocolate lovers. The tour is short but exciting, you see the work behind the manufacturing and you really feel the craftsmanship. The team is welcoming and takes the time to explain with simplicity. And of course the tasting at the end... hard to resist. A perfect stop for curious and foodies who want to discover chocolate differently. 😋
The activity is fun, well organized and accessible to all. The team clearly explains the process, and you can choose your ingredients to create your own chocolate bar. It’s both informative and greedy! The atmosphere is warm and you can feel the passion behind their bean-to-bar production. It is a perfect activity for families, couples or all chocolate lovers. I highly recommend if you are visiting Siem Reap and looking for an original and tasty experience.
Lots of fun tempering chocolate and designing your own choc bar and filling and cardboard wrapper - delicious too. Only an hour and cheap as well.
