Reiseverlauf

We had Usman as a guide during our tour. He was very friendly and helped us with everything. I’ll definetly recommend this tour.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m really happy you enjoyed the Seven Lakes and the beautiful mountains of Tajikistan your review means a lot for us 🙏🙏🙏
We had a very nice trip from Samarkand across the border to Tajikistan. Giyos, our guide, picked us up at the hotel, and we immediately started a conversation; he was very friendly and helpful. We were perfectly accompanied throughout the entire day, including customs formalities, authentic market life in Tajikistan, and then the 7 lakes with their wonderful impressions. The information that Giyos provided us, as well as the picnic and drinks. In Tajikistan, a colleague took over the driving and safely brought us there and back. We were completely satisfied with our trip and say THANK YOU. 🥰 We can highly recommend TourGo in general and this tour in particular.
👏👏👏 What a joy to read your review—thank you for your wonderful feedback! 🙏😊 We're delighted you enjoyed your trip to Tajikistan and created such great memories along the way. A big round of applause to you for being such amazing guests! 👏👏👏 Thank you for your trust and recommendation. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Giyos and the team. 🙏🥰
A great experience on our trip to the seven lakes, first the opportunity to get to know a new country, especially one as distant and enigmatic as Tajikistan. The seven lakes and the mountains are beautiful, with the best views you can appreciate in many years, and the opportunity to observe the life of those communities, which, by the way, has improved in their standard of living thanks to tourism and mining. The guide Amin is well-prepared and eager to share all his knowledge with pleasure and generosity. The trip is definitely worth it.

If you want to go on a tour to the Seven Lakes from Samarkand, I'm sure this is the best way to do It. Amin is an excelent Guide: he speeks very good english, has very good knowledge of Uzbeq,Tadiq and Central Asia culture and history and has very good sense of humor. At first, I was a bit afraid of doing this trip because of the road (I have motion sickness and I am a bit afraid of mountain roads). But my husband wanted very much to visit Tadiquistan from Samarkand. So I researched a lot of the reviews ( in TripAdvisor , Viator etc), and this was the only tour that had only good reviews. The difference from other tours is that: 1. We left early ( Amin arranged for us to leave earlier - at 6:30/6:45). So we didn't get any line in the border crossing ( maybe we had a lucky day as well). 2. Amin crossed the border with us ( which made us feel very secure on the border, all went very smoothly). 3. Some tours have only the driver in the Tadiq mountains side ( who generaly does'nt speek english), but Amin, our guide, was with us the whole time, which made the whole experiencie very agreable and easy. 4. The driver was excelente! He is very experiencied, drives very well and was never in a rush, always carefull with the road, which made us feel very secure ( some vans on front of us seamed to be a bit too fast sometimes..). 5. We had a very good lunch after the mountains. 6. Last, but not least, it is a tour for small groups. We wanted to meet other travellers to change experiences, but not in a very big group ( we saw some vans packed of travellers ). If you have motion sickness, take some medicine and you will be fine. I'm m very glad we chose this tour. It's a beautiful scenary and a very enjoyable tour! Thank you Amin!
Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review. I’m really happy you and your husband decided to take the trip and that everything went smoothly, especially with the border crossing and the early departure. I’m also glad you felt safe and comfortable on the mountain roads and could enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Seven Lakes without worry. It was a real pleasure spending the day with you and sharing this experience together. I truly appreciate your kind words and recommendation, and I wish you many more wonderful travels ahead. 🙏🙏🙏
Gorgeous place! Gyos was a great guide, thank you!

Usmam was a fantastic tour guide who taught us a lot about the culture and lake and history. The trip was long so brace yourself for the driving but it was fun and well worth the day trip out to nature :)
Thank you so much for your kind review. I’m really happy you enjoyed the trip and learning about the culture, history, and the lake. It was a pleasure sharing the day with you, and I’m glad you found it fun and worth the journey out into nature. I truly appreciate your feedback and wish you many more great travels ahead. 🙏🙏🙏
Pretty good. The guide is friendly. It was just that, on the way there were a few lakes back to see, and as a result seven lakes forgot one lake, and it was beautiful. The first one, which had been driven, was fortunately discovered by a man in the same group. She turned back to take pictures after repeated requests.
Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the guide friendly and enjoyed the lakes. Sorry for the missed stop on the way back, and thank you for pointing it out—it will be improved. 🙏🙏🙏
We had an amazing trip with Usman and our lovely driver. Highly recommend as a day tour from Samarkand. Beautiful scenery and Usman was very knowledgeable about the history and facts of the region. The seven lakes were beautiful and very remote. Thanks from Scotland!!!

The 7 Lakes experience in Tajikistan was truly amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Each lake has its own unique beauty, and the journey itself is just as enjoyable as the destination. Lake 3 was probably the least impressive for me, but it is still nice and worth seeing as part of the full experience. From there it just keeps getting better. Lake 6 was my personal favorite with stunning views and a really peaceful atmosphere. Lake 7 is absolutely worth the wait. It feels like a reward at the end of the journey. There is even a small beach like area where you can sit, relax, and take in the surroundings. It is the perfect spot to unwind after the drive. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting the 7 Lakes. It is a beautiful and memorable experience that I would happily do again.
We sincerely appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Knowing that you had a positive experience is incredibly rewarding for us, and we thank you for your kindness.
Everything was organised very smooth. The driver met us near the hotel. The car was clean & comfortable. Another driver & a guide met us in Tajikistan. Everybody was friendly & helpful. Bottled water & lunch was also included. We could choose what to eat. Also surprisingly there were quite a few toilets on the way. Including one very clean, with running water & paper. I would recommend to go in the summer because in April lakes were still not full of water so it didn’t look as impressive ad it looks in summer. But still it worth going. And be prepared for a very long drive. You really spend more time in a car than outside. I wouldn’t blame the trip organisers for this. This place is just far away.
It was a pleasure having you with us! We appreciate your review so much, and we’re happy to know that everything met your expectations during the tour.
