The tour of the Disney Shanghai was amazing; our guide, besides being kind, had a deep knowledge, enriching our experience with a view of the fireworks from a VIP area

I loved the experience, the guide was extraordinary, very kind, and we were able to explore the entire park, and at the end we watched the fireworks display in a very special place.

Jason was an exceptional guide for our Disney tour. From the moment we met, he was friendly, energetic, and incredibly organized. He handled all the logistics perfectly, ensuring smooth transitions between attractions, shows, and dining. His knowledge of the park was impressive—he knew the best times to visit each ride to avoid long lines and made great recommendations. Lucas went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group, especially the kids, had a memorable experience. Thanks to his dedication, our day at Disney was stress‑free and full of joy. We highly recommend Lucas to anyone planning a Disney adventure!

Excellent experience with great customer service! We were picked up on time in our hotel lobby and greeted with a very friendly tour guide. We were then transferred to Shanghai Disneyland where we we were were given our entry tickets and escorted to the park main entry gate where the guide assisted us to insure we entered the park without any problems. We agreed in a pick up time and location which the tour guide was kind enough to allow us a pick up time 45 minutes after park closure to allow some shopping time on Mickey Avenue and World Disney store. When the pick up time came, we were picked up on time and transferred back to our hotel in a timely manner. Overall an unforgettable experience!

Tour guide was very friendly and the pick up drop off was very punctual, we had a great time, Jason’s team have managed our day very well, no hassle at all. I will definitely contact Jason again next time I’m in Shanghai, and would recommend to others!
