Could not recommend this transfer company anymore higher. They coordinated the pick up of my elderly parents, even going above what was requested so my mother didn’t have to walk to another terminal. Fantastic customer service, value for money, driver was great. 5 stars all the way.

I received continual emails asking to confirm passenger numbers and pick off and drop off points, for which I responded to multiple times from 5 days not, 4 days notice and at other stages. I informed them it was for four people from Boashan international ferry terminal to Pudong Airport outside terminal 2 as we were staying for 7 hours at Aerotel Hotel. I even shared that 2 people were on a flight to melbourne and 2 others were on a flight to Sydney. Provided flight details and even our hotel booking details several times. You ended up charging us for two vehicles for 8 people and refuse to refund one vehicle. I have so many email threads with date and time stamps showing all the information provided. WILL NEVER use your company EVER again and I work for a large company and already informed my company CEO, who has flagged our travel booking team to remove your car company as a provider. The gentleman that picked us up, even walked off on us at the hectic terminal and we lost him temporarily. Even after several emails clearly stating where to drop us off, the driver asked us where we needed to be dropped off at airport., I guess no need to provide detailed information if driver has no idea. AVOID this service at all costs.

On a recent trip to china we had 5 separate booking with Mr Orange Transfers and Tours, from airports, hotels, train stations and shanghai cruise terminal. From the communication of the pick-up location instructions / meeting point to the driver and vehicle details including pictures the day prior. Everything was perfect and couldn't fault the service. The cars were all clean and tidy and all the drivers were friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Mr Orange Transfers and Tours

I have recently had an amazing experience using Orange Transfers and would highly recommend them for anybody else needing to get around in China. I made contact with David who organised the transfer for us - he was extremely friendly and made the booking process very easy. I then had to communicate further with David as unfortunately our circumstances changed and we had to cancel a portion of the transport we had booked. David was extremely understanding, very flexible and provided us a refund for the part we were no longer going to use. The day before my transfer I was provided with a photo of the driver, a picture of the car showing its number plate and the drivers phone number. When it was time for my transfer, it was scheduled for 10am but I arrived at 9:20am and the driver was already waiting for me holding a sign with my name so he was easily identifiable. He kindly took our suitcases to the car for us and then drove us safely to our destination. I have been extremely impressed with the service provided by Orange Transfers and would not hesitate to use them again.

I really cannot recommend Mr Orange enough. In total we did 5 trips. Airport to downtown. Downtown to Disney. Disney to cruise port. Cruise port to downtown. Downtown to airport. It took all of the hassle out of our transport worries as our party was 4 adults and 4 cases. The communication from pre trip, night before and day of pickup were absolutely superb. Very fast to respond. Accommodated a last minute pickup time change. Drivers were prompt and helpful and always on time. Easy to find with the Mr Orange sign. Driving style was great (unlike the local taxi we took). The cars were clean and modern. 5* service 5* review

I used this service from Baoshan Cruise Terminal to Pudong Airport. Good communication before arrival. The driver was very kindness and the taxi was clean. We would like to use them again.

Brian and his team were very detailed in his instructions as to where, when and who our driver is. He prepaid for our visit to Yu Gardens, to save time as we didnt have a full day to tour. Our driver Mr Yuang was waiting for us as we disembarked from the cruise ship, Spectrum of the Seas. He made sure we were able to visit, the highlights of Shanghai and get us to the airport on time. We are senior citizens. Thank you for taking good care of us. We highly recommend using Mr. Orange!

Since I booked this transfer service, they sent me a message me on whatapp right away and unfortunately I had to cancel it but they were very professional about it and refunded me very quickly. I really appreciate honest company like this especially when you are traveling in developing country. I highly recomend this company's service!!
