2-stündige Kajaktour auf dem Guadalquivir in Sevilla

On the occasion of the stay of one of our French school groups, we managed with you the activities carried out on July 8, 9, and 10, 2026, through Eix Estels (Barcelona). The program included a visit to Isla Mágica + Agua Mágica, the kayak excursion on the Guadalquivir River, and the regular boat excursion to La Cartuja Island. We would like to convey our satisfaction with the development of all the services. The organization was correct, the scheduled times were met, and the activities took place as planned. Both the teachers and the students were very satisfied with the experience and the treatment received. As a sole suggestion for improvement, we would appreciate it if, for future collaborations, especially for the regular boat excursion, we could have a voucher or ticket with a more detailed and professional presentation. This would allow us to offer higher quality documentation to our clients and improve their experience from the moment the information is provided. Otherwise, the assessment is very positive. Lovely easy kayak tour. It doesn’t go very far on the river, but if you’re looking for an easy gentle row, this is for you!

We saw a lot of animals (turtles, fish, ducks, geese) and the guides told a lot of interesting things about the city and the river. They also took pictures of the tour so you didn't have to take your phone with you. It was also pleasant that we were among ourselves. Not a huge group.

Zero stars. Naturanda cancelled the tour via WhatsApp two minutes before departure. They had given no prior notice that this was a possibility. I was left sitting at the dock waiting alone.

We really enjoyed kayaking with our guide who was friendly and regularly checked on how we were doing. However, we were in the water probably for only around 75 minutes (vs the advertised 2 hrs) and the “tour” offered only limited insights into the riverside sights and often had to be prompted by questions.

I booked a 2hr kayak tour with this company Naturanda Tourismo Ambiental I was given the meeting point and time When I arrived there was no one there. It was a local kayaking club who had no idea about my booking. They didnt do tours One of the staff at the kayak club kindly rang the company as I didnt speak Spanish. She was told that the time and meeting point had been changed. I had not received any communication from the company regarding the change. The meeting point was quite some distance away and as I was on foot I would struggle to make the new time. I would not recommend this company as they are disorganised and dont communicate. I contacted Viator and they organised a refund. They were very good to deal with

I booked the kayaking tour to do with a friend as a birthday present for her whilst we were in Seville. The instructions on the booking were clear and easy to follow. We were only two on the tour but this wasn’t an issue. We had a great guide called Karlos. He was very knowledgeable, pointing out local points of interest and was very calm and easy to talk to. He even gave us some great recommendations of local places to eat and drink. Great guide. Would recommend a change of clothes, particularly bottom half as you do get quite damp in the kayak. We also saw some wildlife on the trip, including some turtles. It was a lovely experience.

How often do you get a great workout, stunning scenery, personal instruction AND a history lesson all at once? The Guadalquivir River kayaking adventure with Sevilla’s Club Deportivo Remo provided all those things, and our guide, Carlos, was the best: a champion kayaker himself, he was a patient instructor and enthusiastic historian and made it an excursion to remember.

Booked and paid for the tour but got a text the night before the trip to say as I was the only booking the trip would not go ahead.I was offered the chance to rebook and took up the offer. One of my alternative dates was accepted but once again on the night before the trip was again cancelled as I was the only booking.Hard to plan a holiday with this experience

Superb value. Really interesting to see the city from the river. Paddling both ways was easy as there is very little current/flow in the river.
