Fahren Sie auf Wegen, die nur mit dem Jeep zugänglich sind, und genießen Sie die exklusivsten, einzigartigsten, wunderbarsten und atemberaubendsten Ausblicke auf die Insel S.Miguel in Begleitung eines zertifizierten lokalen Reiseführers. Wir verlassen Ponta Delgada und machen uns auf den Weg zum Vulkan Sete Cidades, wo wir mehrere Stopps einlegen, nämlich am Pico do Carco, wo wir das Meer am nördlichen und südlichen Ende der Insel sehen können. Als nächstes kommen wir an einem Aquädukt aus dem 19. Jahrhundert vorbei, wo wir seine prächtige Konstruktion bewundern können. Dann beginnen wir unser Abenteuer auf einem Feldweg rund um die Spitze der Caldera, die sich möglicherweise auf einer Höhe von 856 m befindet. Hier können Sie die Schönheit der vulkanischen Caldera Sete Cidades genießen und die dazwischen liegende Gemeinde besuchen.

Filipe was incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and has a genuine love for the Azures that shows. We were so lucky to get a guide that grew upon the island, is incredibly intelligent and knows every beautiful spot to stop and all the great places to eat. Not only did he provide a spectacular tour, but he dropped us at a great dinner spot and filled us with lots of wonderful memories of the day. Highly recommend!
We had a great day with Andre. The island is beautiful. The jeep was alot of fun, luckily Andre is a great driver. Our cruise was delayed getting into port, and Filipe was so nice and accommodating to pick us up at a different time. I highly recommend this company and tour.
We had a fabulous full day tour with Filipe with Azores by Locals. He is a lifetime native and really gave us an excellent experience. We took the jeep ride along the rim of the craters of Sete Cidades and the hydrangeas were outstanding. We ate lunch at one of the popular local restaurants with their famous octopus. Also toured the pineapple farm and had delicious pineapple treats. Filipe even took pictures of us during the tour with his personal camera and sent them to us after the tour.

It was out arrival day and still jet lagged we had the afternoon tour with Filipe. Punctual, knowledgeable and holy great driver around the crazy crater road! Made day 1 a great experience.
Felipe was so knowledgeable of his island. He was switched on to our interests and needs for the excursion. He related stories and anecdotes of his experiences as well as historical and geological facts of the area without going overboard. He read the changing weather and adjusted the itinerary accordingly. Driving the rim of the volcanic lake on the narrow track, we always felt safe. We had a great day thanks to him.
