Auf dieser exklusiven Tour besuchen Sie zwei lokale Weingüter, wo Sie mehr über die Geschichte der Weingüter, die Familien, die sie gegründet haben, und die Traditionen erfahren, die sie bis heute bewahren. Während der Besuche haben Sie die Möglichkeit, 6 bis 7 verschiedene Weine zu verkosten, darunter den exklusiven Moscatel Roxo de Setúbal, und Sie können Ihre Lieblingsweine direkt in den Weingutsläden erwerben. José Maria da Fonseca ist sich der Verantwortung bewusst, der älteste Hersteller von Tafelwein und Moscatel de Setúbal in Portugal zu sein. Seine Philosophie der permanenten Entwicklung ist, dass er immer mehr in Forschung und Forschung investiert der Produktion, die modernste Techniken mit traditionellem Wissen kombiniert. Ein Beispiel dafür ist der Adega José de Sousa Rosado Fernandes in Reguengos de Monsaraz, Alentejo, wo die römische Tradition der Gärung in Tontöpfen mit der neuesten Technologie Schritt hält.
Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal, damals bekannt als JP Vinhos, zog 1997 von Pinhal Novo in die Weinregion Azeitão im Herzen der Halbinsel Setúbal und ließ sich in einem symbolischen Gebäude nieder, das von António d'Avillez entworfen und gebaut wurde , Symbol der Moderne in der Tradition verankert. Das Gebäude ist ein verglastes Sechseck, in dem innovative Lösungen für Design und Ausführung sowohl im Kellerbereich als auch im Bürobereich gefunden wurden, die Kreativität und ein Gefühl der Effizienz zeigen, wo sie die magische und traditionelle Umgebung der Keller verbinden Tausende Flaschen und eine echte Armada von Weinfässern liegen hier.

The experience itself is planned wonderfully by viator. However, our guide, Ana caused the tour to be unpleasant. From sharing with us that she was having stomach issues, rushing us at each winery (we were not on schedule due to her tardiness at pick up), insensitive comments about the “illegal immigrants”, and the nauseating stench in her car not what we expected. As 3 females from NYC spending our first time in Portugal, we would’ve appreciated a more thoughtful, socially conscious, and sensitive tour guide.
We had a great half-day trip with David. We were picked up at our Lisbon hotel by David, who was a great host with excellent English. We stopped at 2 wineries and at each we had a tour of the winery and then tried a variety of lovely wines. At the second winery, we were given the option to upgrade the tasting (extra wine and a cheese board). I'd really recommend the upgrade (just EUR10 pp) for the amazing cheese alone (local sheep's cheese called Serra Da Estrella) If you like trying local wines, this trip is definitely for you.

Loved the wine! It was delicious and we loved the Portuguese history as the vineyard. Anna was great at keeping the conversation going and a very safe driver.

My first muscatel. Our guide, Ana, called it "dangerous wine," but after just a sip, we knew what it meant! I'm also thrilled by the winery's old tradition. Lucky note that I encountered a bat in the cellar!? Not only was the talk fun and friendly, but the driving was safe from start to finish and very thoughtful. It was a fun day of travel!

This tour is a great value. Luis picked us up at our hostel, drove us to the winery, and explained some of the history of the city while he drove us. The guides at both wineries are very knowledgeable and kind. They showed us around the winery and answered any questions we had. They were patient and were fluent in English. The wine tasting was a great way to finish off the tour. 10/10.

Very good wine tour, with the guide Ana. She was giving us a lot of facts and tips for Lisboa. We liked the first winery best, José Maria da Fonseca, where we had a nice tour at the winery. All in all, a great experience!
