Vertente Natural war der Pionier von Coasteering in Portugal und weltweit führend bei der Einführung von Seilen und Seilrutschen. Es besteht aus einer Progression entlang der Küste, Klettern, Klettern, Abseilen, Zip-Lining und Klippenspringen ins Wasser. Voraussetzung ist, dass die Teilnehmer schwimmen können!

Um Sie zum Aktivitätsort zu bringen, holen wir Sie vor dem Hard Rock Café ab, 150 m die Straße hinunter vom Heritage Hotel. Übergabepunkt: Av. da Liberdade 2, 1250-140 Lissabon, Portugal HINWEIS - Wenn Sie die Aktivität mit Transfer buchen, haben Sie nach der Aktivität etwa 1 Stunde Zeit zur freien Verfügung - wir empfehlen einen Spaziergang um den Fischereihafen, während Sie warten.

Fantastic day out. Fabio and Francisco were professional, attentive, and great fun. If you have done canyoning this is one step beyond with knee trembling jumps. Don't worry. The guys will assist and support you throughout. Alternative jumps exist if you can't keep up with your kids! The surroundings are idyllic and the guides are full of local knowledge. Bring over shorts for outside the wetsuit, a gopro if you dare, and a sense of adventure.

We had SO much fun! Our #1 outdoor activity in Portugal this summer. Jéssica was an AWESOME guide and her intern (Fabio?) made it really enjoyable! Definitely need to bring some upper body strength for this activity, but everything else is provided. Would recommend renting shoes and shorts from them as the cliffs tear up both.

So much fun!!! Would definitely recommend this tour group! No “bells and whistles” in terms of photos or videos, but I think that made the experience more authentic and the tour guides were top tier!!!

This was hands-down the best part of my Portugal trip! The guides were very, very helpful and professional. The experience was fantastic mix of swimming, jumping, and climbing. I would happily do it again. Highly recommended!
