Dies ist eine gemeinsame Gruppentour. Wir werden Sie am Abend vor der Tour mit den Fahrzeugdetails kontaktieren. Die Abholung erfolgt an Ihrem Hotel, solange es sich innerhalb der Stadtgrenze befindet. Andernfalls müssen Sie sich selbst auf den Weg zum Treffpunkt machen. Wenn Sie sich dennoch für den Abholservice entscheiden möchten, wird für einen 2-Wege-Transfer eine Gebühr von USD 50 berechnet.

Tina was exceptional! She only had the two of us but gave us a private day of delight. We were both tired and sore from days of walking but Tina knew all the fastest routes. From end of light show on beach, we were down 3 levels to the waiting car in less than 5 minutes.
Had a great time at Sentosa Sensoryscape. Chris helped us to explore and experience the Sentosa Sensoryscape theme. Unless we clicked the normal pictures. Chris is really helpful and ver polite lady. Love from India
A wonderful place to walk around with friends.. Lot of sight seeing.. Very Well maintained.... The Sea Aquarium is an amazing experience.. Universal Studios inside Sentosa is a must feel experience..
Lovely experience.. the highlight of the trip was ‘Wings of time’ show. Our guide, Mr Don, was excellent, made sure that every thing was seamless. We loved every moment of this trip.
We had a really great time. All the places that we visited were great! All the activities were fun ! The guides Ivy and Don were super kind, they made us had a really great time. This tour was worth it!

Rude n aggressive operator if things don’t go according to plan. We felt completely ripped off. Way overpriced Sentosa tour- Consumer be Aware!!!!!
Thank you for your feedback. However, it’s necessary to clarify the events and address your claims. You opted for the non-guided tour, which clearly outlines that it includes tickets and transportation—making it fairly priced for the convenience provided. On the day of your booking, one of the attractions was unexpectedly closed. To ensure you didn’t miss out, we immediately offered you two options: either a replacement attraction on the same day or the same attraction on another day with free transportation. You confirmed and chose the latter, and we made all necessary arrangements. Later, you decided to cancel, citing personal reasons such as your children not enjoying the experience, even though the arrangements had already been finalized and paid for on your behalf. Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we provided you with a partial refund for the closed attraction, even though the situation was beyond our control. To call our service “overpriced” is simply untrue, as the cost covers the tickets, transportation, and the convenience of a pre-arranged itinerary. Your demands for a refund after confirming and causing us to incur costs were unreasonable, and your behavior throughout this process was uncooperative and, frankly, childish. We stand by the fairness of our pricing and the professionalism of our team. While we appreciate feedback, it’s important that reviews reflect facts, not frustration over circumstances that were handled with care and flexibility.
Please be careful with this booking if you are opting to do this without a tour guide. If you follow the itinerary laid down in the description of this booking, you will miss the S.E.A Aquarium and not recieve a refund. My rating is not of Sentosa Island, that place is fantastic! But it is instead a review of this booking and the company that planned out this booking. At the time of booking this excursion, a 14:00 time slot is the only option they currently offer, this will be important later. So our pick up time was supposed to be 14:00, our driver was 20 minutes late, which isn't the end of the world. We understand that traffic can be ever changing. So no big deal. 15:00 we boarded the cable car and it was good. The weather was clear so we got some great views, but the inside of the car itself was very warm. If you're not used to the heat, you will get a good sweat on. Just as the Itinerary told us to on TripAdvisor: Around 15:30 we entered Madame Tussauds, which is estimated to take 2hrs to complete. We were out within about 1hr 30mins and ready to move onto the next part of the itinerary. The S.E.A Aquarium: So by now, after a quick run through Madame Tussauds we were supposed to head to the aquarium. The time is now around 17:00, and guess what time the aquarium closes? You got it, 17:00! Which is really frustrating because Madame Tussauds was open until 19:00. In the end we didn't gain entry into the aquarium, and the money that we lost out on was refused to be refunded. This refund was refused by Wanderlust Ventures not Sentosa Island, the team at Sentosa would have been happy to give us a refund. But unfortunately, because we booked through this company, the refund would have to be agreed with them, not the team at Sentosa. In other words, don't follow the plan these guys put together on TripAdvisor, check when each event closes and plan your day around that. I also believe a 14:00 start is a bit late in the day, there is plenty to do and see to keep you busy until the first Wings of Time showing in the evening at 19:40. All of the events *that we did get to see* where incredible, especially the Wings of Time show, that is a must see! Even if the companies driver called us during the show to tell us he was ready and waiting to pick us up 15 minutes early 😅
Let’s all take a moment to learn from this. Confidence is great, but doing proper research is critical—especially if you decide you don’t need a tour guide. The S.E.A. Aquarium's closing time is clearly stated and does vary. On the day of your visit, it closed at 5 PM, which was beyond our control. On regular days, it closes at 7 PM. You chose to rush through Madame Tussauds instead of managing your time better, and then blamed us for not getting into the aquarium. Additionally, tickets are pre-purchased as part of the package and non-refundable, which is clearly stated in the terms you agreed to. We recommend that future guests review the details carefully and plan accordingly if they choose a self-guided tour. Refunds will not be issued for situations that result from poor planning.
