Terrible experience, even more terrible communication with the company. They said it would last 4 hours but it was 6 due to the pick up location that were not on the way. Instead of 30 min drive we spent 1 hour in the car. Activity provider didn’t think it would be great to inform us in advance. We would not be able to make it to our next booked activity so we had to take a taxi back, the activity provider is not willing to communicate the issue and not willing to make any compensation. You can take a taxi and it will be half the price of this trip.
It was a great experience, the hike is sublime and our driver, Fábio explained everything we needed to know very well! I recommend it

I arranged for several days of hiking transfers from our hotel to various trailheads across the island. This service was prompt, dependable and accommodating for a group of 16 hikers.
