Solve A Mystery ist eine selbstgeführte Krimi-Stadtrundfahrt in Stockholm für Freunde und Familie! Einfach online kaufen, am Abholort abholen und Ihr Abenteuer zu jeder Zeit beginnen, die Ihnen passt. Mord durch das Parlament findet im Bereich der Altstadt von Stockholm statt. Die gesamte Gehstrecke beträgt etwa 2 km (1 Meile). Wir schreiben das Jahr 1899. Ein ortsansässiger Schuldeneintreiber ist verschwunden und eine Aktentasche mit Blut wurde gefunden. Es liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung als gute Ermittler herauszufinden, was mit der vermissten Person und dem Aktenkoffer passiert ist. Während Sie daran arbeiten, einen Mörder vor Gericht zu stellen, lösen Sie als Gruppe spannende Rätsel und Aufgaben und erkunden gleichzeitig eine der schönsten und geschichtsträchtigsten Gegenden Stockholms. Der Mord im Parlament ist von realen Ereignissen aus dem späten 19. Jahrhundert inspiriert. Am Ende erreichen Sie den Königspalast, wo Sie alle Ihre Hinweise sammeln und hoffentlich dieses Verbrechen aufklären. Viel Glück und frohes Lösen!

The assignment is not picked up in Gamla Stan so we had to walk a bit, in addition, you need to scan a qr code to get it out. But otherwise no technology is required, which is good. The first and last clues were sadly hidden by scaffolding, something the dispenser did not disclose so it took a lot of time and searching unnecessarily. The mission hunting was fun and we saw other parts of the Old Town than usual. But the murder mystery was carelessly written and gave far too little information to solve it (the killer was not even among our three main suspects), important information came only in hindsight. The whole thing about earning minutes we ignored, felt unnecessary. We should perhaps have chosen a different time of year than the most touristy, it was crowded and messy, and hot! Would have liked toilets marked on the map - can recommend it at the castle.

Clues were okay. It was pretty challenging overall. Good to force you to walk around the area but nothing that special. Would skip next time. Would recommend if you have a long time in Stockholm and not much to do.

This was a very detail oriented activity. We did not solve the murder but enjoyed an afternoon of walking off the beaten path and seeing things we would not have seen otherwise.

We did this activity as a team-building event with our work colleagues, and it was just perfect. We were in groups of three or four people, working together to solve the clues while enjoying a pleasant walk through the Old City and learning exciting new facts about its buildings. It took us around two hours, after which all the groups met at a nearby restaurant to share our experiences. It was the perfect activity to spend quality time with colleagues.

Fun activity for a small group. We saw a lot from the Old Town with different eyes and discovered details we did not know about. Then the solution was simpler than we thought, we complicated it unnecessarily, even if the solution was also outside-the-box! It takes some good weather to appreciate this 2 - 2½ hours outside. We had a lunch in the meantime to keep the energy.

We did this as a family of 4, with 2 kids under 10 years old. The children needed help from the adults. Biggest plus point is we found out trivia and bits of history that we would not have known if we did not do this. There is some irregularities with road names but we used our common sense and found our way around. As of May, the final clue, the statues are covered because of renovation (not the fault of the company at all). We enjoyed the whole experience.
Fun stuff, loved walking around in a leisurely pace and getting some fun details about the old town. It is just one envelope even if multiple people take part in it so no point in purchasing it for more than 1 person.
I have already solve both the mystery "Murder by the The Royal Palace" and "Murder by the Parliament" by Solve A Mystery, and I am not done playing an investigator! Please make more mysteries in Sweden! For anyone who hasn't tried these true crime self-guided city hunts, do yourself a favour and go do it now!
All in all a nice experience, although we did manage to get a bit lost for a while, but luckily we got back on track. We did indeed solve the mystery in the end, but it was hard.
